Well, it really wouldn't happen anyway (at least not nuclear), as the interlock systems designed to allow for a fission explosion need to trigger the sensors which detect a lack of air pressure and speeds reaching g-force. The missiles themselves may explode, but the interlock systems would prevent them from being armed for a nuclear detonation.
