Identified by the nuland idiot yesterday in hearing documents, and discussed by CT folks in the past.

We installed monitoring stations at these labs, nothing else.

Complete with online documents showing what we funded and where.

Proliferation Prevention.

Exact opposite of Weapon Lab.



Russia also publicly bragged about destroying this weapon lab today, and even referred to the senate hearing, saying "here's your proof".
