By the amounts withdrawn, this is a russian bank run.

Makes no difference how long the wait is at any particular outlet, only the net amount withdrawn.

Made FAR worse by the collapse of both the bank's stock value and the sudden collapse of the ruble.

I do not.. I have seen about 3k dead being reported (russian) but its not coming from the Russian MoD. Thje last statement the MoD gave the US DoD said the numbers are a lot higher (Russian). The Russian MoD sent out a requirement to all Russian hospitals. They want the names of certain medical doctors and their specialties and notified them that Doctors would be sent to the front and to expect a very high number of casualties. I would assume Russia would put its military as a higher priority over all other casualties. Especially with the supply issues Russia is having.
