Too true. And still we must walk among them w love. I wrote someplace a few months ago that we will need to show them the same type of compassion Christ showed Judas. There are some, however, who need to be hung.

My hubby got COVID lay-off...didn’t work for 17 months. When the recruiters started calling in NOV/DEC, he roughed up one recruiter after being asked about vaccination. I asked him to go easier on the next one as it is their job (wankers). So, he was gentler on the second one, who shared w him that my hubby was not the first to tell them to take the mandate and shove it.

We got a bumpy couple of months ahead but I see a big, bright light at the end of the tunnel for me, husband and as we used to say in the Mac world decades ago, the rest of us.

Absolutely! The highest thought. I'd been thinking along these lines as so many rely on her, but your explanation makes a deeper sense of it. I've known quite a few who got into psychology and counselling and they all did, if subconsciously, to heal themselves.

I did the same by taking a job, at 21, as shift coordinator at a crisis center. I lived with raging alcoholics and had to take phone shifts overnight at home when I couldn't get anyone to take them, but otherwise most of it was cool. We had coffee drop ins for the mentally challenged and homeless, and during the quiet times I read the DSM 3 cover to cover. Eventually, I decided any improvements I needed to make had to come from within myself and I changed careers. It served it's purpose.

I can verify that from my HIV client. His specialist (one of the top HIV Dr's in UK) told him he should have been at that conference. Apparently, some of the scientists and Dr's at that conference were also claiming HIV was 'man made'.
