Just wanted to express my thoughts on negative emotion. Many of us are taught that negative emotions are "bad" and when we feel them it somehow makes us bad. That belief starts a repetitive cycle of even more negative emotion because now you're adding guilt, shame and fear to the mix. Negative emotions aren't bad. They are part of our internal guidance/intuition. We have them to let us know when something's not right in our internal/external world. The best way to deal with negative emotions is allow them to come through, express them and let them go. If they are not expressed or at least dealt with, then they build up until you reach a point where you 'snap' usually in a destructive, volatile way. If you never reach that breaking point and you continue suppressing them, they don't just go away. They stay trapped in your physical body. You carry them around as tension without even realizing it. They stay 'stuck' in your cells where the energy builds up like garbage that never gets disposed. That's when your body begins to break down. Your immune system weakens, you become more susceptible to sickness and disease and your system loses the ability to repair itself.

We all carry a certain amount of tension with us every day with or without negative emotion. It's a natural part of being an active human. If you want to help your body's ability to release this tension, enabling energy to flow freely, the most beneficial thing you can do is learn how to relax. I'm not talking about kicking back, putting your feet up, drink in hand in front of the tv kind of "relax". You can be sitting quietly and still be carrying tension depending on what type of thoughts are running through your mind and what emotions they are producing. True relaxation needs to be practiced with mindful awareness. Because of our hectic, stress filled lives, achieving relaxation doesn't often happen naturally. You have to teach yourself how to do it and use repetition to get the muscle memory down. It's something I definitely recommend learning how to do and I would practice it at least once a day. Maybe more often if you are under a huge amount of stress. it's not only beneficial for your body, it helps to clear your mind as well. That's something that will be vitally important during these times we're in.

Now that was interesting. Organic chemistry was tough but I suspect if someone wanted to find a way to create that molecule they would do it. Gray portions of the lattice were carbon the blue I think were Nitrogen , Red Oxygen and Orange Hydrogen but I am not sure what the key is anymore for organic lattices.
