The ruling is too generic sounding and "assuming". It's rigged as suspected. 😮

Obviously, the judges knew it was going to the Supreme Court no matter how they ruled... is that why they just basically rubberstamped and repeated the lower court ruling? But that doesn't take two plus weeks. So what was the delay about? (Besides a bunch of crap!)

Definitely a ruling from lazy sloughs who didn't start looking at the appeal until a few days ago. Decision made in 10 minutes, based on what they saw on MSNBC or CNN....that Kari was alleging criminal fraud.

Four days for the law clerks to write the opinion and have it signed/published.

Now, it's on to The U.S. Supreme Court. Hopefully SCOTUS will agree to hear this 2020 election case quickly (www.newsweek.com... ), thereby increasing confidence they will be willing to hear Kari Lake's case, as well.

You're giving them more credit than I am. At this point, I don't think they even looked at any of it! Just told their clerks to affirm whatever the lower court ruled and then off to the golf course!

I'm pretty sure it will go to the Arizona Supreme Court first. At least, that's what Kari had talked about earlier. I like our chances in the AZ Supreme Court. They've ruled favorably on several election issues. I have confidence they will do so again.

But, of course, I suppose whoever loses in the AZ Supreme Court will appeal to the SCOTUS...

I really hate to think that's exactly what happened, but I didn't just fall off the turnip truck yesterday.

It absolutely has to. Appealing to the US Supreme Court would be premature, and would be dismissed solely for that very reason.

At least, that's what Kari had talked about earlier.

Yep. she and her team know, and it appears they are doing things the right way, so hopefully aren't just playing everyone and setting up a 'loss' just for appearance sake.

I hope and pray you are right.

And if Kari wins in the AZ Supreme Court, it would be extremely difficult for the US Supreme Court to overrule such a decision based purely on the fact that this is a States Rights issue.

Thank you -- that's what I was thinking, but wasn't sure. I thought there might be some procedures for urgent or emergency matters that could be called upon tho, so didn't want to be too sure of myself either.

That's what I would think, but I'm a little fuzzier here. I know the SCOTUS can only rule on Constitutional issues, so I would think it would be much much easier for Kari to claim a Constitutional violation by the state/county than for the state/county to claim a Constitutional issue by a Kari win. (I hope that makes sense!)

It does, and you are 100% correct...

FYI -- I'm watching for Kari to file her motions with the AZ Supreme Court. I'll post as soon as I see it.

I'm also watching for bills that actually pass one or more house of the state legislatures.

And of course I'm watching for any new evidence or witnesses or whistleblowers that may come to light.

In the meantime, I'm not ignoring the thread, just waiting for something worth posting to happen.

just waiting for something worth posting

I thought I'd check out any new news on Kari Lake and the election issue and found out that lots of news media outlets aren't very professional any more. It just burns me up to read how they phrase their headlines to put Kari, and people they hate, down. I'll post a few of these hateful headlines I saw and then shut up. I can hardly take any mainstream news anymore - it's just hateful and overblown name-calling.

"100 days after the election, Kari Lake loses again. What a surprise"

"Kari Lake defeated yet again, tells America to "buckle up" to watch her fail further"

"Kari Lake's Election Challenge Has Officially Been Rejected: 'Way Past Time to Move On' "

"Kari Lake suffers another court defeat in baseless bid to overturn Arizona election results"

"Arizona Court Knocks Down Lake's Election Appeal, Calling One Of Her Key Claims 'Sheer Speculation' "

"Kari Lake's Idea For A 'Really Fair' Election Is Her Most Bonkers One Yet"

And from a letter:
"It is disheartening to read that various groups, including CPAC and the Scott County GOP women, are providing Kari Lake a platform to continue her election denial nonsense."

The kinds of people that will write this drivel are beyond nasty. They should be ashamed to call themselves "journalists." It makes me want to throw up to see how far our "news" media has fallen.

It's exciting when I see this thread have activity, because it's probably an Informative update from you, or the other "regulars" who are keeping an eye on Election Integrity developments.

You are all appreciated!

DOJ Inspector General Michael Horwitz, found that the same MEDIA PEOPLE who accused Donald Trump of being a Russian Agent in public, were the ones that helped Obama-Hillary-Biden set up the SCAM to entrap candidate Trump, then President Trump, behind the scenes.

It's likely the Journalists you reference who are bashing Kari Lake's efforts, and relishing each time she fails, are a part of, or have knowledge of, the cheat(s) that made Katie Hobbs Arizona's governor.

It's so personally gratifying seeing the big liberal media networks and newspapers struggle.

Hopefully we'll see media bashers of Kari Lake eat crow in the coming months too!

It's truly sad and disheartening, isn't it?

I'll give Piers Morgan credit for outright admitting that all he knows about the election is what he reads from the talking heads and faux journalists. And they never ever go into the actual issues -- the complete absence of legally mandated chain-of-custody, the 25,000 magical extra ballots that Runbeck sent to MCTEC, and the absolute piss poor signature verification results. How many others will admit the same? Or, worse, that they do know and still refuse to report the whole truth?

There is absolutely no defense or justification to excuse the above, nor the threats of arrest and prosecution if counties did not certify these uncertifiable results, county election officials engaging in politicking and fundraising against candidates on the ballot, the refusal to turn over relevant election materials (including ballots) for examination -- the list goes on and on and on!

The public can easily understand that all of the above is a big problem for very obvious reasons. The people can also understand that no matter what their political ideology is, that the same tactics can and will be used against them if it's allowed to continue. All of this needs to be shouted from the rooftops in the most basic terms until every single person in the country knows.

Then the court of public opinion can render their verdict.

Yes yes.
It is one of my go to reads everyday.
Kudos on how professional everyone has been and the accurate updates.
One of the best threads ever on ATS.
If and when Kari wins this the thread will elevate the Q thread to the best ever and this thread becomes #2 of all time.
It was so well done from beginning to "end"

Thank you! This means a lot to me. I tried to keep this thread (and the one before) on topic and a higher level of discourse, because I truly do think it is that important. The most important issue of our time, because without free and fair elections, we're doomed.

I also think it would be a valuable resource for anyone in the future writing about the whole mess, including all the wild rumors (disinfo) that were running rampant in the beginning, perhaps especially. We've seen what has fizzled out and what has played out. In the process, we've seen vague rumors and fuzzy details come into clear focus. We've been able to weed out nonsense and focus on real issues.

And it's been a group effort every step of the way. So many good people have continued to pay attention and follow all the ins and outs, so many contributed and continued to contribute new information and more information, as well as their own wise thoughts and opinions. It's sure not a typical ATS thread, but I think it's an important one.

For all the frustration and disappointment along the way, it has still been a fruitful journey -- albeit not over yet!

Well, Katie is not going to make election reform easy. She has vetoed every bill passed by both state houses and sent to her for signing.

And she's exploiting the Governor's executive order powers.

Bitch.

I don't know if either house can raise a super majority to override the vetoes. Maybe on a few of the bills.

Prayers up and fingers crossed.

It's one I read everyday as well. In fact, it's the only thread (plus the one before it) that I have kept open on my computer since the day it was created. It's never further than a click away to get the latest developments.

We must defeat election fraud and the election fraud deniers.

The people got what they voted for, while I dont doubt there was some illegal things happening enough still had to vote for her to make it managable.

I have no idea how you come to that conclusion. Certainly not from the facts and evidence. There's no way to quantify how many illegal ballots were included in the count.

At the very least we know that there was no chain-of-custody documentation or observers for about 300,000 ballots. We also know that 25,000 undocumented ballots magically appeared from nowhere. We know that the original ballots to match the adjudicated ballots are missing (14% of the total vote). Hundreds of thousands of ballots is a whole lot of compromised ballots.

Far far more than the 17,000 vote margin (a measley .6% of the total vote) that she "won" by.

And that's just the Governor's race. The AG race lost by just a few hundred votes...

No surprise here:

Abe Hamadeh War Room
@AbeWarRoom

@krismayes is now funneling documents to the @washingtonpost "debunking* election fraud claims and has told the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors they are no longer under investigation.

Abe Hamedeh Twitter

FYI: Kris Mayes is the new AG replacing Brnovich. Abe Hamedeh is her Republican opponent. He "lost" by about 300 votes. Abe is still fighting the contest in court.

I'm not inclined to link to the WaPo article. When they actually report fairly and honestly about the very real election issues like respectable and reputable journalists, I'll give them the clicks. Until then, screw 'em!
