The software has the ability to switch votes via the adjudication process. This was demonstrated to officials in Georgia.

Very interesting. Do you recall how? I thought it was individuals with a pen and paper ballots filling in the ovals. Is it during machine tabulation?

This can be done by printing off already adjudicated ballots with switched votes.

LOL -- I think you just answered my question.

What's been uncovered is highly complex, very involved, and closely guarded. This should be no surprise as cheaters and elections have been around forever and science and technology has only advanced over the years.

This is so true. The very complexity of the process makes cheating much easier to hide and obscure.

But they aren't as slick as they think they are.

Things like "lost" chain-of-custody records, "lost" paper ballots, or ballot images alone don't prove fraud took place, but they obscure, hide, and add complexity to fraud. They make finding fraud and determining how and when it happened much more difficult, and can make proving it near impossible. What's worse, is when the potential fraudsters are in positions of power that can allow them to be obstructionist and protectionist to fraud.

Different States have different laws with regards to chain-of-custody records, paper and electronic ballot retention, voter roles, adjudication, and auditing, and I think that focusing on these areas of legislation are fundumental to election integrity in the modern era.

If tyrants assume absolute control of election outcomes, is it not fair to assume that various forms of tyranny would likely follow?

I would argue that even though they don't prove the fraud, they are ample evidence that fraud is very possible, likely even, and should, all by itself - if the number of ballots in question come within 5% of the number that could change the outcome of the election - be enough to automatically initiate a new election.

Of course, this would require a law to that effect to be in force.

Thank you for the video!

I loved the lady demonstrating the process. "Let's see... let's let Biden win this one... I don't think anyone should vote for this person, let's just take away that vote away..."

She was brilliant!

I agree... but I do think it's part of a much bigger picture that does include outright fraud.

Elected officials take an oath to perform the duties of their office to the best of their ability. When dirty crooked critters like Katie Hobbs accepts the Secretary of State position and take the oath of office, then knowingly and deliberately fail to perform their duties -- with or without malice -- that is fraud.

We can look at the debacle with the Election Procedures Manual, the many many procedures that did not meet or fulfill the legal requirements, that Katie refused to correct while Secretary of State AND running for Governor. She took an oath to run proper legal elections and willfully chose not to. And she benefitted from her actions and inaction. That's fraud.

I'm really not trying to nitpick here. But I do think it's an important factor.

They make finding fraud and determining how and when it happened much more difficult, and can make proving it near impossible. What's worse, is when the potential fraudsters are in positions of power that can allow them to be obstructionist and protectionist to fraud.

Which is exactly what is happening. We cannot prove ballots were fraudulently adjudicated because we do not have the original ballots for examination and comparison. We cannot prove how many ballots were sent to Runbeck (illegal in and of itself) because there are no chain-of-custody protocols followed, we cannot prove how many ballot envelope signatures were forged because we don't have access to the ballot envelopes.

All we know for sure is that laws were broken, best practices were not followed, safeguarding procedures were ignored, and that we have 25,000 ballots that appeared out of nowhere (and were counted). We cannot prove nor disprove that Katie genuinely "won," but nor can we prove or disprove that Kari really won. But we do know that our election process is "broke," to quote Nunchuk Brno, and that our current officials are determined to protect and maintain that broken system rather than fixing it.

Different States have different laws with regards to chain-of-custody records, paper and electronic ballot retention, voter roles, adjudication, and auditing, and I think that focusing on these areas of legislation are fundumental to election integrity in the modern era.

I agree 100%. This is why I keep focusing on these known and proven issues. There is no question that all of these are serious problems that make election integrity impossible.

If tyrants assume absolute control of election outcomes, is it not fair to assume that various forms of tyranny would likely follow?

I'd say it's a given!

twitter.com...

It is in my humble opinion this is the lead to the election fraud and why and what we are waiting on.

If Katie was wearing a boot to hide a monitor this is why.

The investigation is ongoing but inevitably it will not be swept aside.
In 2016 the Dems and Rino's were financed by Saudi Arabia.
That got cleaned up and stopped.
In 2018 and 2020 it was the cartels that financed the election fraud.
In 2022 it was FTX and Ukraine.

FTX is the lynchpin that brings it all down.
The taxpayer money that went to Ukraine and into FTX then went to the Clinton Foundation and democrat and RINO coffers.

Bankman Friends connections through MIT and the inner circle Dems is a keystone for fraud.

When they begin clawback for the money I can only imagine how much Katie and Co. Is screwed.

FTX brings down the house, literally

Jen Wright, an attorney formerly with Brno's AG office and now working with Abe Hamedeh's legal team contesting the AG race, has weighed in on the election investigation Brno's office withheld from the public, and which the new AG has touted as "debunking" election fraud. Ms. Wright posted in a series of tweets, and I'll post them all. But the tl;dr version is that there were actually two investigations, one civil and one criminal, and that neither could be thoroughly conducted or concluded because election officials refused to turn over crucial documents and materials. (And to the best of our knowledge, AG Brno took no measures to force them to turn the docs and materials over.)

While before today I had not seen the Sept ‘22 AGO criminal report, everyone seems to be missing the report was incomplete because records under the control of election officials were not provided. It says that in the report. 👇🏼

Regardless, the Sept ‘22 criminal report appears to have a lot of places with “undetermined” outcomes due to lack of ability to review records under the control of “election officials”. Doesn’t seem very cooperative to me 👇🏼

Also, the civil investigation (completely different from the criminal investigation) was never finished because Maricopa refused to respond to public records requests 👇🏼

The EIU was bifurcated; the civil & criminal divisions conducted separate investigations. When I left in Dec ‘22, I had not been sent a response to my May ‘22 letter. (Not very cooperative) 🤷🏻‍♀️👇🏼

What remains very clear is that election officials refused to cooperate with the Senate, rebuffed the AGO civil division, & per the Sept report, withheld materials from the AGO criminal division.

But MC runs victory laps hoping no one notices their obfuscation & deflection. 🤦🏻‍♀️

As I just commented in another thread, anyone who promotes this report is promoting a cover-up. Anyone happy about this report is happy about a cover-up. Anyone who is satisfied with this report is satisfied with a cover-up. That's all this is. A big fat cover-up!

JUST IN - Former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried is charged with conspiracy to make unlawful political contributions and defraud the federal elections commission.

I agree with you that Sammy was playing in AZ. We do know that Sammy made quite a few very large donations in AZ, and if I remember correctly, it was FTX funds that helped set up the Richer/Gates PAC to fight the election integrity (aka MAGA) candidates.

I have no sympathy to spare for Sam Bankman-Fried. I just hope he isn't the only fall guy. I want them ALL to go down.

Did anybody watch the hearing held on February 23rd, 2023 called Arizona Legislation Joint Election Hearing Coverage? The entire 8 hour and 25 minute session can be seen here:

Arizona Legislation Joint Election Hearing Coverage

I downloaded it to have a permanent copy. Anyway, the point I want to make is did anyone see the part at the end where the last speaker, named Jacqueline Berger, of the Harris Thayer Legal organization, spoke? She talked for almost an hour and detailed money laundering schemes that started with three other states, Illinois being one of them (of course!) where fake real estate purchases were made for the intent to launder money, with which to set up an organized fraud effort in Arizona. She named names and it included election officials in Maricopa County and others, judges and various other officials. She even showed how Katie Hobbs was complicit in it with the purchase of about a dozen properties in about a 9 year period. Berger even detailed fraudulant deeds for real estate, forged signatures, fake Notary Public stamps, (not legally stamped ones actually) faked election records and records of bribes paid to election officials such as Katie Hobbs, Adrian Fontes, etc. And she showed how the election machines were hacked with backdoors placed there for the specific purpose to allow access to change the data. She also mentioned how Runbeck was involved with some of the illegalities. And she seemed to have proof on paper.

She detailed several attempts on the life of her boss, the lawyer Harris Thayer, and on the life of Kari Lake's daughter. All because they were looking into the election proceedings.

She showed where a house was purchased in Mesa, I think, and it was found that the same house was proven to have concealed 25,000 illegitimate ballots and lots of cash, for more bribes. This woman pointed out so many illegal plots and players that it made my head spin. I'm still watching the end of her talk, so there may be more she adds.

Berger comes on about the 6 hour and 42 minute mark and speaks until around 7 hours and 23 minutes. Please watch it.

This is Must See TV and I wonder what will come of it?

So Thursday's election hearings in the AZ Senate were... well... wow... just wow!!!

Outlining The Most Complex Investigation Into Political Corruption In AZ

During the meeting, legislators considered a presentation by Jacqueline Breger, which, if true, exposed absolutely bombshell information regarding massive corruption and collusion between American politicians, appointed government officials, and the Sinaloa Cartels. The money laundering and racketeering scheme allegedly uses fraudulent mortgages, real estate transactions, and insurance claims in Maricopa County to hide money made through cartel human trafficking, drug trafficking, and bribery of elected officials, and to rig elections, intimidate, or murder those who threaten the operation.

The scheme allegedly creates identities, credentials, and professional licenses for “non-existent individuals,” which if true, could be used for fake voter registrations. The Maricopa County computer database is also used for the alleged “removal of genuine documents from the county system.”

“Our primary findings were first reported to Governor Ducey in 2022,” states Breger.

“These documents have definitely evidenced multiple racketeering enterprises, which include narcotic sales, money laundering, tax evasion, payroll, theft, bankruptcy fraud, life insurance fraud, auto insurance fraud, bribing of elected and appointed officials, creating and modifying public record, falsifying professional licenses and related credentials, swatting individuals who pose a threat to these enterprises, and last but not least, election fraud.”

Breger levels serious accusations against named individuals in government positions. This includes two citizens of Mesa named Dawna Rae Chavez and her daughter, Brittany Rae Chavez, who are described by Breger as “principal preparers of the documents necessary to affect the racketeering enterprise.”

A Twitter page under the name John Thaler also claimed that Brittany and Dawna Chavez are involved in this scheme in a November 7, 2022 tweet.

Now, here's where it gets very interesting and a little schadenfreude might just be appropriate:

It appears that John Thaler and Brittany Chavez, formerly Brittany Thaler, were once married and Brittany is listed as a defendant in a lawsuit by Plaintiff John Thaler. In June 2022, John Thaler alleged that Brittany Thaler “has engaged in an array of criminal enterprises across multiple states, including money laundering and tax evasion, allegedly accomplished via real estate transactions and non-profit organizations; insurance fraud, allegedly accomplished via phony personal injury claims made on behalf of non-existent persons; skimming money from state-run aid programs; narcotics trafficking; hacking into state databases and fabricating public records; bribing public officials, including judges, police officers, judicial assistants, inspectors, assessors, and accountants; bribing private professionals, such as real estate agents and brokers; bankruptcy fraud; election fraud, allegedly accomplished by creating fake ballots and manipulating others in order to influence, among other races, the 2020 election for Maricopa County Recorder; extortion via “crypto-viruses”; the creation of fake employees on payroll systems in order to collect paychecks and benefits; and murder.” Dawna Rae Chavez is also named as a defendant.

I love the poetic justice... a scorned lover burning the whole house of cards down!

This is all very complex (not surprisingly) and not easily explained or understood, but worth the effort.

I want to remind everyone of the absolute hellish persecution Sheriff Joe suffered at the hands of the Obama admin when he was trying damn hard to reign in the border traffic -- human trafficking, sex trafficking, drug trafficking, money laundering, etc. It was during those persecutions that we learned about the HAMMER program by Dennis Montgomery. In the end, Sheriff Joe ended up going to far in his own efforts, and it brought him down. Sheriff Joe was replaced by our current Sheriff, Paul Penzone, who is part and parcel of the racketeering and election fraud.

You can watch the hearing and testimony here

Video of Jacqueline Breger's testimony:

I just finished listening to Ms. Breger's entire testimony. I had only read/seen excerpts yesterday.

Just want to note that according to Ms. Breger's investigation and testimony, the principles at Runbeck are up to their neck in this, including bribes and falsified deeds of trust. And the Perkins-Coie lawfirm, the long-time lawfirm of choice for Democrats. During the Birther days, Perkins-Coie was Obama's primary law firm.

Also implications are 3 of the 5 members of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors -- all Republicans.

Ms. Breger also reported that the Maricopa County database, built between 2014 and 2015, was built with backdoors for easy infiltration. These backdoors were used during the 2020 and 2022 elections to make changes in the database.

Finally, Ms. Breger described an auto accident by Thaler in which his tire had been slashed in such a way that it would not lose air immediately, but would fail under high speed. She stated that Kari Lake's daughter had suffered an accident under the same circumstances.

ETA: I mentioned a couple days ago that Kari is trying to add evidence from these hearings to her lawsuit... I can't help but wonder if the reason why she has not yet filed with the Supreme Court is because she knew this would be coming out, and wanted to be able to include it all in the motions filed with the Supreme Court. I hope she does. I would very much like all of this to be public record in multiple places.

It's long been suspected/assumed that the cartels have been laundering money through real estate here in AZ, and in large part responsible for inflated housing prices. We've been told lots of things -- too many people moving to AZ creating a housing shortage, flippers and corporate landlords, etc. -- but it never quite sits right because there are soooooo many empty houses!!!

It won't be a leap for Zonies to accept that this racket included corrupt public officials, nor that it would include completely false (nonexistent) addresses.

I hope someone gets a list of those nonexistent addresses and compares it to the voter canvass also showing non-existent addresses/voters.

I hate to say it because I loathe the idea of canvassing and working with campaigns, but in 2024 if conservatives dont show up and work the streets and knock on doors in every possible district with the slightest chance of flipping it off blue we are done.

Especially after that senate testimony on the money laundering, if a red wave doesnt happen the republic will be done.

Possibly even more importantly if a red wave does happen is holding their butts accountable and recalling if they faili to do their job as directed.
