We could have a red tsunami or even a purple tsunami and it won't freaking matter if --

a) Elections are still rigged

b) The same dirty rotten corrupt crooked "conservative" critters are still holding and/or gaining power.

In Arizona, we have watched our Republican County Recorder and County Board of Supervisors work hand-in-hand and cheek-to-cheek with the Dems to enable, execute and cover-up the fraud. We KNOW this isn't about just the left or the right. This is about the uniparty.

We cannot win this war if we continue to look at this from the left-right paradigm. Election integrity is so much bigger than that.

This link is a great summary of Ms. Breger's testimony at the Senate hearing:

Explosive Testimony at Senate Elections and House Municipal Oversight & Elections Joint Meeting Accuses Hobbs, Fontes, Runbeck, and Judges of Racketeering

The above link refers the reader to the website of Mr. Thaler (the investigator) for more information:

Corruption

Which includes this:

On September 19, 2020, McKinley Harris Thaler, nearly three-years-old, was abducted.

The abduction was intended to extort his dad into terminating a multistate investigation concerning money laundering and public corruption. To date, neither McKinley’s dad nor dad’s family members have seen McKinley or received any communication from him. Dad does not know where his son is.

The State of Arizona, its most populous county, Maricopa, and the cities of Mesa and Gilbert, which lie within, are cesspools of corruption. Fentanyl, heroin, coc aine, and crystal methamphetamine flow freely through an open border. And with it comes the cash. Billions of dollars flow into hundreds of cash houses while the drugs are held in stash houses. The result is a plethora of racketeering enterprises: money laundering, tax evasion, insurance fraud, payroll theft, election fraud, and bankruptcy fraud. Bribes paid to public officials, both elected and appointed, provide the cartels with a safe haven. In February 2019, attorney John Harris Thaler and his team were retained to investigate. Thaler had a star witness: Brittany Rae Chavez, his wife of three years. At the time of their marriage in 2016, Thaler had no idea that his wife and her mother, Dawna Rae Chavez, were participants in the largest money laundering scheme in U.S. history. Thaler had no idea that Brittany had known him since 2011 and had been paid to create an extortion scheme against him to disrupt an earlier investigation into organized crime. He did not know that their chance meeting in October 2014 was anything but an accident; he did not know that the marriage was a sham.

Thaler’s accidental discovery of certain falsified recorded trust deeds in early 2018 would change everything. By late 2019, Brittany was a cooperating witness who requested Federal Witness Protection. Before protection could be arranged, Brittany succumbed to family pressures and threats of violence aimed at her, at Thaler, and at their two-year-old son, McKinley. On September 19, 2020, McKinley was abducted in an ill-fated attempt to force Thaler into rescuing his son.

Report to the Governor is the inside story of Thaler’s three-year investigation. It includes the findings and evidence provided to Governor Doug Ducey in May 2022 and to attorneys general in five additional states. It explains who hijacked Arizona’s elections and how. And it chronicles the illegal swatting efforts spearheaded by corrupt police officers and judges on the take to discredit Thaler and to prevent this story from being told.

Wow. If all this is true, I'm assuming the the child is with his mother, and that this is why she stopped cooperating. What mother wouldn't do the same under the circumstances???

At least in discovery (fox defamation suit) we have had dominion admit their machines are trash, and riddled with bugs, not that we will see criminal follow up for that.

But none of it matters if people still vote for someone like mit rommney or moscow mitch just because the have an R next to their name.

Definitely a plus! As disheartening and infuriating as it is when so many lawsuits are dismissed/lost, every iota of evidence that makes it into the public court record is a good thing. Knowledge is power.

Exactly! Those are the treasonous rats trying to tell their base that they need to play the ballot harvesting game and the early voting scam... as if the only problem is that Dems are playing the game better, not dirtier. Any such efforts by Republicans will only benefit the uniparty cartel.

It's crazy, eh? But at this point, not surprising. Not in the least!

Here's a very good summary of Ms. Breger's testimony at the hearing:

I also found a YouTube video of her testimony (for anyone who has trouble with other video players -- like me!) --

LOL!!!

#ArrestKatieHobbs is trending on Twitter.

Anyone else wondering if Ms. Breger's testimony is why Kris Mayes released the Brno docs this week? Kari seems to have not been aware it was coming... but could Team Katie have known somehow? Is Ms. Breger's testimony also why every Democrat legislator refused to attend the hearing?

Things that make you go "Hmmmmm....."

And, incidentally, Brno is refuting that there were no problems at all in the 2020 election, and he's received quite a bit of public flack from some of the Board of Supervisors, as well as Hobbs and Mayes and Fontes. There have also been several complaints filed with the bar regarding Brno.

The follow-up needs to be connected and stirred into the overall investigation of the FBI-DHS-StateDept tilting the scale for Biden and against Trump in 2020. It's already verified that the FBI ALONE enabled Biden to win, by keeping his potential criminality hidden, say most Americans.

Just an example of many posts on Twitter about this !! 😎

BREAKING: Katie Hobbs and Runbeck election services have been named as recipients of Sinaloa cartel bribes via deeds of trust and phony mortgages in AZ senate investigation.

When are the criminals running this country going to be held accountable?

No wonder EVERY SINGLE AUTHORITY IN THIS COUNTRY WENT SILENT when former President Trump said last month that treating the CARTELS like ISIS would be a top priority if he's re-elected.

You raid the Cartel "headquarters", and you'll find all the criminal deals and contracts made with top-level U.S. officials.

Officials who don't give a rat's ass if your child dies from drugs, or guns, or Fentanyl, so long as their personal gravy train of money and power is maintained.

Oh how I hope you're right! I cannot tell you much I want to see that... it might help erase the absolutely vile sight of her swearing in from my poor brain.

For some reason when I read "The BBB Syndrome" I immediately thought "Bribed and Blackmailed Bitch."

My bad

I think she's just an airhead. And somebody who got caught up in something way bigger than she can handle. Kind of like Robert Redford's character in The Candidate. His character said at the end when he won his election, "What do we do now?"

But she still needs to be penalized and given a long vacation up the Colorado River; i.e. prison, at the very least.

We will be filing our case with the AZ Supreme Court by this Tuesday (2/28) and we will be asking for an expedited review. As soon as the filings are available I will share them with you. Please pray for justice.

FYI -- I've been watching for any articles actually debunking the accusations made re the cartel and our elected officials. I have not found such an article.

I've found articles that attack the investigators, and anything except the accusations. But nothing addressing the allegations themselves.

ETA: I mentioned a couple days ago that Kari is trying to add evidence from these hearings to her lawsuit... I can't help but wonder if the reason why she has not yet filed with the Supreme Court is because she knew this would be coming out, and wanted to be able to include it all in the motions filed with the Supreme Court. I hope she does. I would very much like all of this to be public record in multiple places.

This was... well, I'm sick of the word 'bombshell' because it has been used so much with ZERO results, but this was truly jaw dropping. I mean, mine is on the floor.

But there is a problem... again, you cannot introduce new evidence in an appeal like that, so she will have to probably refile her case with the original court where it was first ruled against, then work her way back up to the Appellate and then Supreme Court again.

That could be a whole lot of fun as long as the attorneys are very familiar with all of the statutes regarding recusing judges for cause, as almost certainly her case will land in front of one of the judges that has been outed in this testimony and report.

White House insiders said AG Matthew Whitaker picked up major dirt on top people when visiting with EL Chapo's prosecutors.

This visit was special: thehill.com...

Later, President Trump exclaimed to reporters outside the White House, "We Caught Them All!"...but the press never asked him what he was talking about (of course!).
