I guess if precious metals drop, temprarily, then it makes it more difficult for the cabal to balabce their balance sheet of debt vs. gold/silver owned - in which case this could be about bankrupting them?

Either that or the cabal dropped the price so that they can get some people to "Fear-Sell" and allow the cabal to buy up that excess, then rise prices back up.
