If there is any validity to this train wreck of a thought, then something I've brought up before should be examined: My ATS thread I'm refering too.

I did a search and found this Secretary of Defense PDF document from 2008. It describes the role of military commanders for a prosecuting civilians in a declared war or contingency operations.

It talks about when those involved in alleged criminal offenses, Department staff must notify the DOJ to pursue them in federal court. While the DOJ process is pending, commanders and criminal investigators should continue to address the alleged crime...................Commanders should be prepared to act, as appropriate, should possible US federal criminal jurisdiction prove to be unavailable to address the alleged criminal behavior.

While a lot of this is designed towards enemy combatants deployed with US DOD employees and DOD contractor personal in contingency operations, it was written to provide guidance for homeland security in support of the Global War On Terror. (GWOT)

If a foreign country did something nefarious like a foreign nation releasing a biohazard on purpose, to undermine the US election process, would that be considered an act of terrorism under this scenario?

Patrick Byrne bombshell: Chinese shipping receipt found with shredded ballots in Georgia - NOQ Report

Now, former Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne has revealed two narratives about fraudulent ballots being shipped across the country and even from Communist China. Here’s his Twitter thread, verbatim:

A printing shop in Michigan prints ballots for Delaware County, Pennsylvania and as Lancashire County, Pennsylvania (this is normal). But along with the ballots it prints on contract and delivers to those counties, it prints some ballots that get diverted to Bethpage, New York.

There, a boiler room of folks fill in “Biden” (often without even voting downballot). The ballots (which are forensically legitimate, given that they come from the same print shop as the good ballots, ) then get trucked into Pennsylvania and mailed. Hundreds of thousands.
We have all of that documented. Texts, statements, affidavits, everything.

We also know that this same ballot printing company (and other firms in the same family) also print for Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Georgia.

Narrative #2: China sent counterfeit ballots to Fulton County, Georgia. During the counting on election night, all but four people were shoved out of the counting operation on the grounds of a dangerous “water main break” (that turned out to be “a toilet overflowed”).

The fact that the tech exists to regrow limbs makes me ill. We have hundreds of veterans who need this kind of medical care.

I probably think of "reverse aging" in too broad a manner. I take it literally. If the Elites are behind Biden, he should be a top priority right now for age reversal.

Sky News UK are still playing that convo between Trump and those 2 Republican chaps.
They have also uped the anti this afternoon by having 2 Republicans on their programme. Both saying no fraud, and Electoral College is voting Wednesday and Biden will be declared the next POTUS.
Then Sky newscaster was asking them about Trump using the military (odd question) ...they said he couldn't...basically that he wouldn't dare.

I am still working on the two Pittsburg bombings. The first one was on the 3600 block of Penn Avenue. I don't believe that these sites were just random locations, but rather communications. When I think of Penn Avenue I think of the White House on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington DC.
Remember back in August when Trump was giving a press briefing and then he was quickly escorted out because there was an active shooter situation? That was at the corner of Pennsylvania Avenue and 17th Street. #17 again.

I'm not sure why this popped up but there is the restaurant named 1789 which is 17 minutes away from the White House. 1789 is very significant historically. The French Revolution and George Washington becomes the first president. Lots of first in that year including the first Department of War. My favorite is the first Thanksgiving.

Two answers to your question. One they aren't special. Two, more importantly, many do, but they have to give us the illusion that time is happening, they must age, die and be replaced - very often by themselves in a new form.

There is hilarious reveal in the documentary "Wormwood." Very interesting doc about The Agency gone nuts in the 50's and 60's. The line that stood to me is an interview with Seymour Hersh. He's yammering on as he does and says, without thinking "I've been at this what, 300 years..." One, he's not joking at all, and two, he's caught looking into his 'past' with his eyes for an accurate date.

The illusion is more important then anyone one individual.
