Abeyance puts the case on hold, mostly to see if the parties can resolve their dispute without re-offending...and without the court imposing judgement. It's usually easy to tell who the court favors at that point, just that they don't want to HAVE to declare a judgement.

There is a lot of incriminating evidence lining up against China. If China did hack the election, or our Federal computer systems, that could be interpreted as an act of war. Likewise if they intentionally spread covid. The entire world would be enraged.

But it would be unwise to toss around such allegations unless--

1) We had absolute hardcore proof.

2) We were prepared for where that proof might take us. We wouldn’t want to paint ourselves into a corner where forces are unleashed that would drag us into a war that nobody wants.

There is so much at stake right now: both the fate of our nation with respect to internal threats and our fate with regard to external threats. Our Government is not unified. There is only so many things we can deal with at one time. This creates a huge tension between taking the serious actions that are essential, and making missteps that could be counter productive.

We have to prioritize, take care of business, but tread carefully.

What made me stop and think is that Dems haven't ran crying to their mummy-media this time over the shut down of the security briefings for 2 weeks.
Dems have been raging over Trump every God-given day since he was elected, and the press would waste no time in spinning his every word and deed into something evil. Every day. For years. Relentless.

Not today though.

I expected the usual 'Trump admin refuses to brief incoming admin' and 'Biden transition team banished from briefings' or 'Trump admin refuse to co-operate' - etc, etc.

That's really an interesting video. The only card you see him holding is the King of Diamonds, in multiple shots. Also, the use of red and blue is significant. Also, the designs used throughout are the same type (but not the same design) as the curtains in the Byrne/Flynn videos. I had to watch it a few times.
