I was just going back over the numbers for the US.

Ya know it is really easy to kind of fall into a place where you say, "well, today was only an increase of X amount, that is only Y more than yesterday, so that is not so bad.".

I have caught myself thinking like that the past few days. I am sure others have as well.

But going back over the numbers, and thinking about it. WOW

Back on March 1st there were 94 confirmed cases. 94... in the whole country.

In 23 days, we have now increased that number by 53,000 and climbing. 53,000!! And that is only the confirmed cases.

Just to think, we are still early in this whole thing.

Important Update from Dr Fauci for those New Yorkers who have left New York for another part of the USA :

We are asking anyone who has traveled out of the New York City metropolitan area to anywhere else in the country to self-isolate for 14 days. We have to deal with the New York City metropolitan area as a high-risk area.

Antony Fauci emphasised that one out of every 1,000 New Yorkers may be infected

I didn't know this, but NBC had the exclusive rights to the games and they had said they would agree to what ever agreement was made. Wow! That's a lot of money down the drain for NBC at the moment.


I watch PM Abe (TV ) walk out of the press meeting not answering any questions. He and I both know the one year thing is "fake". Its been 6 months since China actually had the problem. Been 2 weeks now for most Americans to face this horrible virus. And postpone for one year. I don't even want to go back to childhood and start believing in Santa.

6 months since it started in China? uhm that's not true. It started in late November, that's 4 months.

Just to let you understand the backing of why the 6 months come into play. And there's probably a lot of truth to it also by one poster here who's wife is Chinese and has family over there in China. I haven't seen him post for a day or so, but his profile name started with "S".
It's true that in Nov. it was known, I calculated in the factor of the 37 to 42 days that the virus was already into the body, therefore giving it an early October start. We'd have find out about the workers in the Wuhan lab to back up my 6 month theory , but unfortunately those working in the lab, well, no news on there whereabouts have been publicly posted. My opinion is that they all are dead.
So I hope this reply gives you an understanding that indeed it just in fact "is true".

Following Honolulu Mayor's stay home order, Hawaii's Governor has issued the order for the entire state. Effective midnight tonight.

South Georgia is sliding towards a mandatory lockdown, scuttle butt has it the base will be on mandatory lockdown next week along with Valdosta.

So far so good in Lanier county but I am sure that's going to change quickly

Here in Wisconsin I just got a text saying stay at home order starts 8:00 am Wed.

I am lucky I still get to workl, I work in a brewery and its considered a food plant. Can you believe it? good news for the folks stuck at home beer is still being made.

Back on March 1st there were hardly any Americans being tested... fear has risen illogically over more positive cases realized purely thanks to increased testing, many of which were infected on March 1st when things were still considered fine.
