As I predicted a week or two ago...

He is obviously having to give in to the panic/fear-mongers, since it won't matter anyway, the market is already collapsing.

It is here. Now we just have to learn to live with it, without utterly destroying our economies and our freedoms.

I'm far more worried about what is coming in the form of tyranny, than I am the virus, but I believe we'll weather it just fine, though I'm sure it is going to be a bumpy ride for the next year or two.

I did a post on "Front Porch Forum" on february 1 when it was in 27 countries and there were 12,000 cases worldwide.
With 4,021 members on the forum, and 3,300 households I received ZERO replies.

All the facts arent completely definitive yet, but it notes: The German study – one of the first coronavirus studies to have been conducted outside China – confirms the theory that people can spread the virus before they even know they are infected.

Now this may be referring to a person simply having mild symptoms that doesnt cause them to think they are sick. So like maybe a cough here or there, but no more than one might naturally have in the course of a day. So they would be spreading it with virtually no symptoms, i.e with no real thought that they are actually sick.

It also suggests that people can spread it after they recover too.

It was a bill, and no he won't have to pay it. Whoever issued it though should be fired.

The Insurance Industry is responsible for the vast majority of the extreme cost problems in our system.

One thing that will help a lot is what Trump is already trying to do - and the system is fighting him in court over it - all hospitals/clinics must have 100% easy to find (posted on the web, and physically on premises) price transparency for all standard procedures.

Another thing that should happen is that everyone should be responsible for filing their own insurance claims - which would also require everything to be doable by most anyone, without help - which means, again, transparency. Relieve Doctors and doctor's offices of this burden, and make individuals responsible for their own health, and see how fast those $150 charges for an aspirin, and $350 charges for a jello lunch are eliminated.
