Meh the dendrites, are taking hold on the population, the system, most who are dependent on it, believe it’s no big deal, they tactfully politicized it, and amazingly have begun, to divide and conquer the populace. Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Office of Public Health and Preparedness Response (OPHPR) in Atlanta, Georgia, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Qiagen, LLP, under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for the acquisition of laboratory equipment and installation services. The equipment is required for laboratory testing related to the coronavirus response. CDC must use the same equipment to standardize testing results. Only Qiagen manufactures this equipment.

Have to laugh at my self for still thinking about this. I know that 5G uses other GHz frequencies, 60GHz is the max and it seems it will be the "out-of-the-norm" frequency. From The many Frequencies of 5G:

But I'm laughing about my self, not by what I just wrote, but because I have been thinking HOW the signal could be used to activate the virus or the "Smart Dust". I think I have and idea of how this could be used.

We know that a virus can lay dormant in the host, and that external stimuli can re-activate them. From Link:

Reactivation is the process by which a latent virus switches to a lytic phase of replication. Reactivation may be provoked by a combination of external and/or internal cellular stimuli. Understanding this mechanism is essential in developing future therapeutic agents against viral infection and subsequent disease.

What IF the stimuli for a virus or a "smart dust" to get activated or programmed is by the change in the bio-magnetism of the human body? Maybe a sudden change in the 5G frequency could change the bio-magnetism of the body and this in turn changes something inside the body that activates the virus or "smart dust".

However, the transmission power you recieve from a 5G antenna is very low from Link

A 5G macro cell antenna will be placed up on a tower or on the roof of a high building. Height above ground is thus some 30 m, and we assume a position in 100 m distance from the antenna. Path loss can be calculated to as =82.5dB. The received power is 50 dBm – 82.5 dB = -32 dBm, which is less than one µW.

HOWEVER, the power that the phone outputs is variable, still low though (according to same site):

Let us have a look at phone radiation, then. The phone next to your head is transmitting at maximum about 200mW (which is 23 dBm). That is at least 10,000 times more than the signal received from the tower. Typical transmission power values of phones are a lot lower, though. The base station at the tower controls the power of the phone. It sets phone transmission power to a level, so that all phone signals are received at approximately same strength. If you are near a tower, your phone will transmit at a minimum level (which is below one milliwatt, again). Only if the reception from the tower is very bad, your phone will be commanded to increase transmission power. It may sound crazy, but: more mobile base stations mean less overall radiation levels.

So, WHAT IF this could be used to alter the bio-magnetism of a human to activate whatever weapon they use? This even could be used as a targeted attack to an individual!

I have had family members criticize me about it. They know I do some, but I have not let on what all I have done to prepare. I don't want them banging on my door when things get bad. I can't feed everyone, and if you did not prepare before hand, who's fault is that?

I mean stupid as in what are they going to do with all the toilet paper, seems to me they might use to sandwich all the rice and pasta they bought, and wash it down with hand sanitizer.

This just looks like something that the powers in charge should have been concerned about at least 1 to 2 weeks ago if not a month ago. This has the possibility to clear out lots of "homeless" nationwide, not a small number of folks. Of course that might just be the plan, hell I don't know but from the actions of the people in charge it's hard to believe some of this is happening in America

I'm quite sure if you look at the timeline of this thread, inc 1,2 & 3, the suggestions therein and herein are waaaayy ahead of the curve relative to any gubment decisions or indeed contemplations.
