Hmm if this is just a simple fly by like its looking like its gonna be... Im surprised its gotten this much attention. Probably only because it was "classified as a hazard" by nasa when it was discovered.

Youll have to wait a little longer than that. But I suggest you read pages 9 thru 11 first before making yourself look even more like a hairtrigger poster.

Picture a boulder standing on the ground that is 4 football fields long and 3 football fields tall and imagine it slamming into the ocean or upon the ground at 30,000mph.That terrible speed is what causes most of the damage...

An asteroid does'nt have to be 10km size to devastate the earth,as this link shows 3km to 7km would do it...www.astronomycafe.net...

You two obviously havent kept up with the thread at all. Read around page 10 or 11. Btw, just because you dont understand the math does not give you the right to criticize. Have you offrred anu substance whatsoever?

Wait....what? What did I do? I have been enjoying reading this thread and I thought I was defending you?

I did read the thread...every page, every post.

I guess I haven't really offered any substance tho.

(but I understand the math, dangit!)

Incremental conditioning and desensitization.

I agree.

Greetings:

Incremental conditioning and desensitization.

Similar to what we have found in presenting the truth about the Fukushima Daiichi multiple melt-throughs to apparently a deaf audience.

No problem - we'll just speak louder and more clearly.

OP, this is one of the better threads on this subject that we have have had the pleasure of reading. S&F!

We actually attempted to engage one of your, er, responders - the Phage - in his thread back in February - to no avail. At least you got a response, such as it was.

But, in keeping with the 2005 YU55 topic, we share this from the wayback machine:

Also, to further your journey down this particular rabbit hole (this is, IMHO, a false flag to draw attention to the real possibility of an "event" in mid to late October which involves Elinin and a recently-found new guest to the table...2005 YU55...which arrives just in time for the "11-11-11" prophecies (the actual date is 8/11/2011).

The rock, 2005YU55 has been documented at about 400 meters/1312 feet in size and inbound at about 15.5 kps/34 672 mph/50 853/sec.

Compare this to Elinin: NO SIZE, and inbound at 23.7 kps/53 015 mph.

To make it something to actually relate to (can you actually conceptualize 53 000 mph?), it is 25 918 yards per second...about 260 football fields laid end-to-end PER SECOND.

Now, here is where it gets interesting.

[color=00FFF00]It has not exactly been frontpage news in the drive-by media (thanks Rush) that 2005 YU55 will come inside the orbit of the moon. The moon being about 384 403 km/238 857 miles distance from Earth, 2005 YU55 will whiz between the Earth and the Moon at a distance of 315 000 km/201/314 miles.

We then planted this piece, just to see if anyone was actually paying attention, like the entity/being mentioned in this post, before firing back. Obviously, it worked - nobody questioned our figures.

Question? Do these figures indicate that 2005 YU55 will pass by the Moon at about 69 403 km/371 miles distance on 8/11/2011?

That's only 12 780 605 488 inches. Seems close to me. Just saying...

How about the fact that there is here-to-fore NO PUBLISHED evidence of the size of Elinin, but it is described as a comet. And we have no telescopes cabable of accomplishing this? Or, TPTB have something else in mind for the sheeple.

"A comet is an icy small Solar System body that, when close enough to the Sun, displays a visible coma (a thin, fuzzy, temporary atmosphere) and sometimes also a tail. These phenomena are both due to the effects of solar radiation and the solar wind upon the nucleus of the comet."

Comet nuclei are themselves loose collections of ice, dust, and small rocky particles, ranging from a few hundred meters to tens of kilometers across. In the case of Temple1 (foto below), it happens to be 4.6 MILES by 3 MILES, and weighing in at 70-110 BILLION TONS.

Comets have been observed since ancient times and have historically been considered bad omens.

Ya think?

Time is getting short.

Thoughts, anyone?

And that was in February - before the world changed on 3/11.

Keep up the great presentations and we look forward to seeing more of your work.

You rock! ...and we could use your brilliant mind at any of the threads linked to the graphics in this post.

All i can say is that shortly before his death, Werner Von Braun warned of a future "false flag" incident orchestrated by the USA involving an asteroid impact, that will actually be a nuclear missile strike. To usher in the new world order? He also warned about a false flag alien invasion as well.Maybe thats why NASA - NAZI are the only ones talking about it?

I think you just got cross checked. So don't take offense. It happens a lot when some one drags the topic off
course.

Guilty by association.

Thanks again for a great thread TomServo, it is a shame it was hijacked and became bickering, name calling and darn right painful on the eyes at some point (by no fault of your own, bows)

You have obviously done your research and put time and effort into this thread. I am no good with astronomy but as I posted a friend has a telescope that we are planning to take up into the lakes to view this asteroid. Please may I have a straight up answer, is it worth us throwing in sickies & climbing/walking halfway up a mountain to view this through his 500x114mm two barlow lensed telescope.

Many thanks.

NOW THIS IS AN ATS PEDIGREE QUOTE..

Its a darn rock in space that is going to come a few billion miles away from EARTH.. That is all.. The devil is not coming down with the rock, the NWO? Gimme a break! The government cannot even manage themselves yet alone smart enough to come up with some damn super magical power New World Order to save the human race. LOL don't you think it would have already been done.....

C'mon.. Stop talking like cavemen around a fire, and wise up.. The rock is black and white..

After tomorrow night, I am going to witness people coming on this thread, and shredding it like the countless others... I hate seeing that happen to people..

That is an apocryphal story (means doubtful, not authentic) that has only one source - - Carol Rosin.

Her reliability is in great question in many ways. Especially due to her association with the "Disclosure Project" and Steven Greer.

BBC News website just added (at 00:53 GMT) a page regarding YU55 pass by, under "Also In The News" on the News Home page.

Click through takes you to more detail on the "Science and the Environment" page. Link follows...

BBC YU55 announcement

New (I think?) information quoted:

lazily spinning about once every 20 hours

It will trace a path across the whole sky through to Thursday

In particular, two radio telescopes - the Goldstone Observatory in California, US and the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico, US - will be tracking radio echoes off it in a bid to understand better what it is made of and how it is shaped.

The precise details of the asteroid's path will also help scientists to predict where it will go much farther into the future.

Interesting last snippet above... This implies there predictions are currently not accurate. Use of "Where" rather than "How close" is also interesting.

I've arranged to got see my Mother for the night, in Stow-on-the-Wold, highest mount in the Cotswolds (844ft above sea level) just in case... Seems appropriate as i'll be "Stowaway"ing in a town dedicated to the Wessex king, St Edward The Martyr, whose reign as King of England in 975 A.D. started with sighting of a comet.

The irony is that one of my daughters has recently converted from Roman Catholic to Jehovah's Witness. Having spent a year trying to convert me to the truth that the end is nigh, she will be spending the night at home in a valley 35m above sea level!

TomServo, First can I ask you a question? Are you MrComeWatch from Youtube? Your title and info seem to reflect his calculations, so I was just wondering. If so, I respect your work that you have done since I have been following you. If not, you got some good calculations and assumptions with the data that you have provided here.

YU55 is no joke. It very well might pass in between us and the moon without anything dramatic. However, I have had a really bad feeling about this one from the beggining. I was skeptical about Elenin, but still concerned. With YU55 however, they are even covering it in the mass media. The emergency alert system scheduled on the 9th when YU55 is closest to the moon, brings up some red flags as well in regards to the magnetic effect it can have on us.

Course, I will be watching with my scope tomorrow night which could end up being very interesting, or just another overbloated internet circus side show, I dunno. I have however, spoke with folks who I know personally who are high up, and they are equally concerned about this object that is the closest to Earth since 1974. Something about this one just doesn't seem right though. ~SheopleNation
