All the israelis grew up In that world, they probably know what it is about more than any of us. I don't know where you get they are cry babies who gets others to do their dirty work?

What I notice is that the Palestinians continuously fire missiles into israel... Then israel fired back ten times more. Palestinians will kidnap 1 israeli, then the israelis counters by kidnapping 500 palestinians.

The israelis grew up in that atmosphere and have become seriously battle hardened while also building a first world country.

I'm not supporting israel, but I'm not blind enough to support Palestine. Its like a small kid that keeps pulling the dogs tail and when the dog bites the kids goes and cry to everyone, but goes straight back to pulling the dogs tail.

I don't like US foreign policy. I'm not a fan of Israel, although I do believe in a Jewish "homeland", just not one located in the middle east. I don't want war and I don't want to persecute Muslims.

Unfortunately, it doesn't matter what I want and it doesn't matter what is right.

I'm being realistic about what is actually happening. Because of the strategic importance of oil to the United States, nobody and nothing is going to interfere with their plans for the region, and their plans include the security of Israel.

Russia knows that. China knows that. Sooner or later, and it looks like sooner, Iran is going to get that message.

I think 9/11, for example, was an inside job. I've been on these forums since 2007, arguing for the arrest of the Bush administration insiders who I believe orchestrated the 9/11 attacks. I have called Bush a war criminal for his unprovoked war on Iraq.

Just this past year, Ahmedinejad made some half hearted claims to the effect that he too believed that 9/11 might have been an inside job. Well thank you very much Mr. Ahmedinejad. It's very nice to have you on the team. Just take a seat at the very end of the bench, and watch carefully, because as the whole world knows only too well, you haven't a clue about what to do.

One of Mubarak's generals made similar sorts of statements. There is a website with an article on it (sorry, no link) about a 9/11 truther from the middle east who can't get any traction in that region on that story. The fact is that the whole middle east is run by people who aren't worth a damn, with the exception of Israel, who can give you a real stand up gangster any time you want one.

Believe me, it gives me no pleasure to write any of this. Bush and company should have been arrested in October of 2001. We wouldn't be having any of these problems.

Just so everyone knows, we (Americans) by and large don't want this. The most sensible among us would rather walk to work.

Well, at least I would if it meant not putting up with all this BS. I think we may be in the process of ousting our humvee driving fools atm, if anyone gets the picture, though I think we might have to actually shed some bullets for it the way it seems.

Maybe our great country will go down in flames, wouldn't that just piss me off even more. Getting pissed off is the nature of an American, we haven't been doing it.

If Bush had been arrested in 2001, there is a chance that a lot of corrupt ways would have been swept out with him. America would still be a superpower but maybe a benevolent one, working to ratchet down the tension level, to put governments in the middle east at ease, to deal fairly with them, to assist them in developing that region in mutually profitable ways, not to simply set them up for windfall profits by oil and armaments companies.

I think Gaddafi could have been a spearhead to making the desert fertile again in North Africa. A lot of great things could have been done. Saddam and Gaddafi were American allies at one time and were the most progressive leaders in the Arab world in terms of secularization of their societies.

This has all been blown to smithereens by the greed of Bush and company. "The die is cast."

its nonsensical & backwards thinking, in a forward looking world, Iran must stop its mischievous trouble making activities in the middle east and should never ever under any circumstances be aloud to have nuclear capabilities, well, not never, just until it can be trusted with such devastating devises (only responsible adults can have guns) just until it isn't so anti Israel & anti west, it either needs to do alot of growing up and become part of the civilized word, and a part of the solution, Iran also needs to respect & embrace its neighbours & fellow human beings, and not seek to harm them by what ever means possible because of its differences, or option No2.. it can be attacked and be made to by those who want peace and a better world, you should support it to, all the good things happen once the world has done all that
