Uh, you sure sound like one.
Ps. To all ats members who have a problem with the safety of humans…never mind!
‘Shaking head left to right in utter discuss’ wondering why humans love tragedy and death to happen, wondering why it’s a problem to save lives?
Sad.
Human lives Over complaints.
Which do you choose?

Years ago my brother was killed in a head on collision by another driver. Both were totally sober. It was late at night, and my brother was returning home from work. The problem was that part of the road had been closed by the County and only a narrow through way for both drivers, in a hopelessly unlit area. It was a complete disregard for safety by the government that caused my brothers death. Of course, the police deemed it to to be the "fault" of the other driver, but no charges were brought against her, as there shouldn't have been. It was a tragic accident on a road not equipped to handle the traffic that the County decided would be fine traveling on it.
Don't you dare lecture me on government saving lives you smug pretentious poser! I would be more inclined to buy into this argument if it wasn't constantly being used as an excuse to abrogate and derogate the unalienable rights of the people. I do not buy for a single second that you care about anyone other than yourself, and as far as the government goes, it is not about saving lives, it is about aggregation of power.

I'm sorry, I don't mean to call anyone out specifically, or troll the thread and not contribute anything, but you have to wonder why so many people suddenly pop up in this thread hardcore supporting the TSA, when I would say the vast, vast majority of people I have talked to about the pat downs/body scanners are against it.
Think about it. Who are these people?

Thou speaketh through thine anus, plebe.
Well, this say's it all, doesn't it? Of course someone arguing against unalienable rights would feel compelled to call others "plebe". It is this elitist attitude right here that separates the righteous from the ignoble.
You refrain from answering the question because it would entail a modicum of maturity. Why, we ask?..
You mean I refrained from answering a rhetorical question, don't you? If you knew anything about maturity, you wouldn't be demanding a nanny state.
It has nothing to do with your 'rights'. It asks the question of whether you can address the very situation that sane people try to avoid. And your 'rights' are not being infringed at all. Just as I must temporarily suspend my 2nd Amendment right when I board an aircraft, then others may have to submit to a search to board.
Of course a petty little tyrant such as yourself would feel compelled to place the word rights in quotation marks. That is, after all, what rights are to you, merely a word that other people use to annoy you. Poor, poor, pitiful mishigas, surrounded by so many "plebes" who believe in freedom. What's a petty little tyrant to do? Why lecture the free on what exactly their rights are, and are not, of course!
This will probably come as a shock to you, sport, but all people everywhere have the right to travel, and every person has the right to contract without government interference.
The only excuse for governments to interfere with the travel and contract of an individual and the business they are contracting with is if some form of criminality is involved. Boarding an airplane is not by any stretch of the imagination a criminal act.
It is the height of dis-ingenuousness to claim that the actions of the TSA are actually a business decision made by airlines as opposed to the government intrusion it is.
Clearly, by your proclivity to call people who disagree with you "plebe" you think people are generally stupid,
Again, all people have the right to travel, and they have the right to contract. Do not lecture me on what my rights are, fool. I know full well what my rights are, and I know all too well how many petty tyrants there are out there who despise my rights because people like you believe that the privileged should have more than others.
You hate rights because they are universal and belong to all people, and people like you just can't stand that.
Have good day ,hope you find peace in the tragedy of your love one.

Far from being an educated guess, sport, you are just one more sycophant of tyranny excusing the disparagement of rights in the name of fear.

You have no 'right' to board an airplane. And there are many such temporary "No Right Zones" in our world. But that is part of living in a complex, increasingly dangerous world. And please....no slippery slope arguments or freedom vs security false choices. They do not always reflect reality. And you always have the choice of not flying.
So my question remains: If an arbitrary age limit were imposed, where no child under the age of 12 could be searched, for example...and a rash of mid-air bombings resulted...how would YOU address and handle the situation, Mr. King For a Day?
Don't say my scenario is ridiculous. In the mideast, there are countless instances of youngsters being used as death mules. And please, stop it with the labeling of others as " sycophants of tyranny" just because they disagree with you.
What do we do, Bunky? How do we handle those pesky situations?
ever heard of bohemian grove and the occult obsession with pedophilia? this is probably some sick joke we are all being subjected to. grow up. realize what you are defending! this is sick satanic social engineering being done on all americans, not just children. it's beyond disgusting. i am absolutely shocked that ANYBODY can justify this. i am absolutely ashamed of some of you people.
