Touching the private parts of anyone (except two consenting adults) warrants a serious sexual offence but TSA are excempt?

I am going to try a reality check here.

In the video the TSA agent explains that she will be running her hands along both sides of the childs leg.

She doesn't touch the "Private Parts".

Watch the vid...at the 1 minute mark.
The TSA agent also...if you watch the vid...stops and asks the mother to step to where she can clearly see the pat-down when she is searching the front..Why would the TSA agent do that if she was going to break protocol and was some kind of "Groper"?

The screen capture posted earlier on this thread shows the TSA agent running her hand down the sides of the legs starting at the top and moving to the ankle. Ironically the TSA agent asks the mom to move (at the 1 minute mark) so that she can clearly see that the girls private area is not being touched...the camera doesn't move for a more accurate view...and a poster here screen caps the innaccurate view to misportray what really occured as groping.

While you are pondering that...maybe answer these questions...

(1) Why was the youtube video edited? It clearly doesn't begin at the begining. We don't see the camera swing up, we don't know what caused the extra screening.

(2) Why was the youtube video "Uncommented"? A video like this and the person who posts offers no insight or explanation?

(3) Does the woman (Presumably mom) in the begining look stoned?

(4) Why is the video thin? What has been edited to the left and right?

(5) Why does some voice toward the end that the search say it is drug related? Why does the vid end right after that? What was said after that?

(6) Why did some man (presumably the father) respond defeatedly..."I unterstand" when told that this was a search for drugs rather than argue or get offended?

What is certain is that the video was truncated to show only a small portion of the story...and that makes it suspect.

While you think about this, maybe ask the question...do people hide drugs on thier children when flying?

Answer me those questions and then we can all start to shout about the New World Order, Hitler etc.

Molest

Touching persons against their will in an inappropriate manor or beyond what was expected is to molest them. I think all these definitions apply here.

1 : to annoy, disturb, or persecute esp. with hostile intent or injurious effect

1. to disturb or annoy by malevolent interference

1. harass, harry, trouble, plague, hector, torment

1. to bother, interfere with, or annoy.

I'm sorry, I don't mean to call anyone out specifically, or troll the thread and not contribute anything, but you have to wonder why so many people suddenly pop up in this thread hardcore supporting the TSA, when I would say the vast, vast majority of people I have talked to about the pat downs/body scanners are against it.

Think about it. Who are these people?

Sadly it is physiological warfare waged into the minds of the American people to have the littler children get used to the new an improve slave and oppress state in the name of security.

But the most obscene thing about the whole issue is the money that is been profited from the scaremongering.

Is all about money, if you have not noticed we already fighting two trillion dollar wars that the only ones profiting is the corporate entities. While at home more laws to fight terrorism enforce forced security and strip Americans of rights keep emerging all with big profit signs behind them.

Because most laws in this nations end making profits for some private entity at the tax payer expenses.

Shills, trolls, Sheeple, TSA, government employees drones or pensioners, and of course those who are paid to attempt to promote tyranny quell dissent and destroy freedom in America.

Right there! As I posted on my site, I would have knocked the TSA agent upside the head and not thought twice about the consequences. This behavior by government agents is UNACCEPTABLE! And as the guy in the second video said, people just stood around, like sheeple watching it happen.

How would I explain this action to my 5 year old? Son, now you know daddy doesn't touch you like this, but this stranger must because the feel you are a security threat. You might have even strapped a bomb on you before coming to the airport. Just BS!

The TSA are the lone reason I refuse to fly on a commercial airline again. Spent 12 years working for the airlines and NEVER...even after 9-11 was I forced to go through security or be groped on a daily basis just to get to my office. This activity by the DHS/TSA has gone on too damn long and it's not getting any better. Quite frankly, it will only continue to get worse.

These attacks on other posters are totally uncalled for, and are a violation of the T&C's. Esp. after your previous post in which you demeaned yet another member.:shk:

Please discuss the topics and not the members.

Oh I agree with you in that regard totally, marg! It's all about the money. And just as bad are the lobbyists - they are legalized crooks, imo.

Thou speaketh through thine anus, plebe.

Well, this say's it all, doesn't it? Of course someone arguing against unalienable rights would feel compelled to call others "plebe". It is this elitist attitude right here that separates the righteous from the ignoble.

You refrain from answering the question because it would entail a modicum of maturity. Why, we ask?..

You mean I refrained from answering a rhetorical question, don't you? If you knew anything about maturity, you wouldn't be demanding a nanny state.

It has nothing to do with your 'rights'. It asks the question of whether you can address the very situation that sane people try to avoid. And your 'rights' are not being infringed at all. Just as I must temporarily suspend my 2nd Amendment right when I board an aircraft, then others may have to submit to a search to board.

Of course a petty little tyrant such as yourself would feel compelled to place the word rights in quotation marks. That is, after all, what rights are to you, merely a word that other people use to annoy you. Poor, poor, pitiful mishigas, surrounded by so many "plebes" who believe in freedom. What's a petty little tyrant to do? Why lecture the free on what exactly their rights are, and are not, of course!

This will probably come as a shock to you, sport, but all people everywhere have the right to travel, and every person has the right to contract without government interference. The only excuse for governments to interfere with the travel and contract of an individual and the business they are contracting with is if some form of criminality is involved. Boarding an airplane is not by any stretch of the imagination a criminal act.

It is the height of dis-ingenuousness to claim that the actions of the TSA are actually a business decision made by airlines as opposed to the government intrusion it is. Clearly, by your proclivity to call people who disagree with you "plebe" you think people are generally stupid, but only fools think this.

Again, all people have the right to travel, and they have the right to contract. Do not lecture me on what my rights are, fool. I know full well what my rights are, and I know all too well how many petty tyrants there are out there who despise my rights because people like you believe that the privileged should have more than others.

You hate rights because they are universal and belong to all people, and people like you just can't stand that.

If someone told you they were with the government and that it was their job to # your wife, would the excuse, he was just doing his job dismiss that fact that he #ed your wife?

They are only doing their job is not an excuse to molest children.

The risk of being blown up by some crazy person with a bomb is the risk we take living in a free society.

I accept that risk and I do not need any government assistance.

Wow, now this is the first thing I see on yahoo news today. Are you really serious? You people really think this is the most important thing to be worrying about? Man, this country really is insane, and deserves everything that is coming this way. God help you all..

So the agent professionally molested a little girl? Oh well, that is totally different.

The TSA agents themselves need to refuse to molest passengers. The TSA agents need to stand up and say, "I refuse to treat people this way."

Do not make excuses for the pedophiles, perverts and power freaks that are the TSA and the Federal Government.

I can only guess you are some troll or auto reply program created by the government to make it look like people are not willing to stand up for themselves.

Yeah, let me tell you, there's so many Caucasian Al-Qaeda sleeper cells in the United States. We better look under our beds every night, they could even be your neighbor, you never know!

American Al Qaeda Spokesman Urges Attacks in U.S.

grew up on a farm in California and converted to Islam before moving to Pakistan in 1998 and reportedly attending an Al Qaeda training camp. He has been wanted by the FBI since 2004

Richard Reid (shoe bomber)

is a self-admitted member of al-Qaeda who pled guilty in 2002 in U.S. federal court to eight criminal counts of terrorism stemming from his attempt to destroy a commercial aircraft in-flight by detonating explosives hidden in his shoes.

en.wikipedia.org...(shoe_bomber)

Now that is just the start....and doesn't include Christian Extremisits or average whackos.

From there we can move onto the more common practice of drug smuggling...Which is what this pat down was regarding.

No "Caucasians" smuggle drugs?
