The 64 thousand dollar question is the Egyption military. They are indeed involved. Just because they have not started shooting citizens does not mean that they ar enot involved. Which ever side the military takes, the citizens or the government, will determine weather the President stays or goes. If the President goes, that could very well be a trigger for countries all over the world that are not happy with their governments to start this kind of protesting and rioting. TPTB know this too. First Tunsia, then Egypt, then..........your choice.

The US is having protest demonstrations all over the country today in support of the Egyption people. So in some ways, it has already spread here.

The fact that we could see riots in this country is not really all that far fetched and there are many "triggers" that could start it all.

the Egyptians protesting in America is a good thing. They support their people. The ones I work with, I have offered my interest. This is what America is all about. Protest is good. Voicing your opinion is good. However, you always have that 15% that have to loot and pillage in the name of change. That is where the problem lye's in discerning friend from foe. As we all know, this is where things hang on a thread for change. Regular people can be mistaken for looters. I believe ( this is my opinion) the good people need to take care of the looters, because they know better than the military who they are.
Yes the military is involved. But they will not attack their citizens. When the dust settles in Egypt, I believe, thanks to social networking, that this will be a very good thing, and end on a good note.
Why does everything have to be negative ??? This is what upsets me about most ...

Not sure what world you live in pal, I will fight for my freedom any day. Where are you from ? I'm sure you must live in paradise and your own little perfect world. You have a problem with America ? You don't have to live here. If you want to organize and invade, we'll be waiting. Funny, I don;t see myself competing for the best house or the best car or anything. Nor anyone else I am around. But, if people want to compete, guess what ? They get to, why ? Because they are free. If you want to live in a place where everyone is forced to be the same and their is no individualism, you can have it.

America wont stand up and be counted! For your average American this fight is about holding on to as much wealth as possble rather than helping thier neighbours hold on to there wealth! Americans have no sense of belonging unless its thanks giving when they all of a sudden become patriotic and consumed by pride for their country! Its a mystery why your average American doesn't cry out when they see their country being forced from their grasp and become little more than an ideal waved in the air by Americas biggest fraud, Barack Obama!

I am not any way near smart enough to know when or how things will happen in America as a whole. I only know what I see here everyday. This area use to have lots of good middle class jobs. Factories, construction, coal mines, and such. Now they tell us unemployment is 14% here. Repeat that number in public and folks laugh. A lot of folks are now living with out electricity here. With only about 45,000 people in 200 sq miles, and only 27,000 homes. We had 745 foreclosures last year and they say we have another 850 or so in trouble and processing now. There are folks who have moved down to the river banks . I wouldn't say tent cities, but there sure are a lot of campfires to be seen at night for it to be winter. The United way ran out of funds to help with electric bills, so have the other groups. They kept things floating here while factory after factory and job after job left. Some folks have moved into vacant buildings and live quietly. Pretty resourceful bunch here. They know how to circumvent meters and such for power and water. All the county workers are looking at mass layoffs as tax collections drop and budgets are busted. No ones purchasing. Wages have deflated to bare minimum wage in everything. Factories ship in illegal aliens and purchase foreclosed homes to house them in mass. It keeps management in jobs , but the rest are forced into employment thru temp services for the same jobs they use to make 15 plus an hour at just 5 yrs ago, now minimum wage if they are lucky.This is a very heavily armed population here in the hills. Crime has exploded here also. Along with drug manufacturing. The cops can't keep up. They have to call the feds in full time to help stop the meth labs and pot growers now. They are nervous to patrol out in the country, they have been known to be shot at. I don't know what it will take to fix this. I just know something has got to give. I think with warmer weather it will just get worse. These are not typical folks most would associate with riots and protests. These are hard working , tough folks . They are not as dumb as the media wants to think. They built the electric grids, the water lines, the cell services, and everything in between. What scares me is if left unchecked. They have nothing left to lose. Nothing to keep them settled. What would happen if just ten guys or so decide they are going to shut down the power grid to some large city in the middle of summer or winter? I would trust these folks with my life when they were working, paying for their homes , shopping , going to little league games and such. Just thinking of them mad, with nothing left to lose , is to ugly a situation. How many other areas of our country are like this? I wish the media, or even the politicians would reconize whats going on and start some kind of dialoge about fixing it, before it gets out of hand. I don't want to fear going to the store, or my kids going to school. I don't see an end to America, but i see a new chapter taking place.

Anti-Gov riots in US will happen when unemployment is 80%, grocery store shelves are empty, inflation of the dollar is through the roof, tent cities everywhere, and so on ....

Then the masses will start protesting .....once a sufficient number of comfort zones are no longer upheld, then it will happen

Maybe what we are seeing at the moment is the NWO's trap snapping shut? Maybe they have decided to force our hand and see if we will fight or flight! It makes me sad to see Americans realise how bad things are getting without standing up and fighting back. After all, you would think the gun owning inhabitants of the home of the brave and the land of the free, who have spent the last years describing how the NWO will have to remove their guns from their dead cold hands, suddenly have lost the will to fight back...

After watching the street team interview .... what sadden me the most is the level of ignorant running in majority of American.
Most of them give out the attitude of "I dont care, so what ?!" thats pretty sickening.
America Next ? I think why not ?!

What are you on about? I take it you're not American. And if you are, you're severely self-hating. I suggest you start looking at people from all countries as your brothers and sisters and quit being so hung up on your allegedly clearly-defined differences. Any statement that starts with "Americans are..." is 100% guaranteed to be false. You know why? Because not all Americans are ANYTHING, even free. I think you have me wrong friend. I'm not directly criticising Americans for not fighting back, I'm just disappointed that after promising so much they have delivered very little... I dont hate Americans. I holiday in your country twice a year. I'm even considering moving to NY.! Here in Europe the army and the police will undoubtedly open fire on us in the streets if the elite see the riots and protests beginning to get out of control... In America at least you can fire back! I once saw Dan Akroyd in the Blues brothers live shows say that America was where we would make our stand! I just wish they would be more vocal at the very least...

What promises? What have we promised to YOU? We make a lot of promises to ourselves, mostly about standing up for rights and reducing debt, and we rarely keep those promises to ourselves, but I don't see us promising rainbows and lollipops to anyone else unless we're invading them.

What is it exactly that you want to see from America? You want to see us get babysitters for our kids and go packing guns in the street and blowing people away until our particular side gets power? What is it exactly that you want to see us do with our guns? We're trying as best we know to change our country through peaceful means. Maybe this will come to an end one day, but that will be on OUR timeline, not YOURS. Sorry to disappoint your evening TV viewing wishes, but when the BBC starts showing you video of Americans taking to the streets, it will be worth it, and we will win. No amount of being called "chicken" by foreigners will ever matter to us when it comes to the future of our country. I think you have Americans confused with some of our leaders. I hate to say this, but America is full of people who generalise and think its ok. You may not, and you may not agree with people who do, but if you deny that LOTS AND LOTS , and I do mean the majority of Americans are guilty of generalising, and of knowing precisely nothing that happens outside thier homeland, then you arent paying attention, or you are straight up lying.
Therefore, dont lambast someone for generalising about America. Americans DO generalise about an awful lot of people, places, religions and everything the hell else. You can only expect to be generalised about in return, and you have no business getting all hyped up about it either.

In the last two hours things have changed dramaticaly in Egypt. Pro Mubarak protestors have charged and broken the cordon around Tahir Square, and are in running street fights with the masses of anti Mubarak protesters there.
The army requested a few hours ago that everyone leave the square to protect the reputation of Egypt, and have largely speaking getting out of everyones way. Theres rumour that the pro Mubarak protesters have paid agents fluffing thier numbers somewhat, but what ever the situation on that issue, the protests have gotten bloody ugly in the last two hours, with people being carried of injured, bottles and stones thrown, and people being clobbered with broken wood work and detritus from the street.
Its all kicked off to put it bluntly . I am just wondering now , wether the protest will break under this unexpected strain, or if the anti Mubarak protesters will remain in the face of it.

You see, I educated myself in fields that I knew would be in demand,.
all the sheep that worked in fields that are only useful to business that are and were needed by TPTB
are now unemployed. This was the mistake of many and sad for them,.
But, being smart enough to stay ahead of that wave is what it takes to survive,.or drowned like the rest.
Yes the PTB dont care,. but that does not mean those without a job "cant" be employed.
Those people have may have lost jobs need to think ahead,. This should have started back when Enron
was collapsed. THAT was a wake up call,. At that point people should have realized that only knowing one
trade or type of employer was a mistake,..
You wouldnt put all your stock in one company would you?,. Not if you listened to your financial advisor..
It is those that are unemployed that are gullible, as they figured their employer would always be there for them.

Well the same goes for rising food prices,. If you werent watching the news and seeing that this was coming or have been paying attention to the weather and how it was destroying crop yields,.

What promises!!? Surely you're having a laugh, openly lieing or have selective amnesia? For years all I've heard from gun totting Americans is how if the government ever dared start restricting their life styles and unfairly taxed them they would fight back and there would be a bloodbath... As I said earlier, "they will take my guns from my cold dead hands", or, "they had better keep their heads down as I have...(there then follows a long list of what I take are names of guns etc...) Well, your government is "NOW" starting to bring in legislation that will harm your quality of life. Its happening everywhere, and everywhere else is standing up and at the very least protesting... As my predecessors said at the beginning of the WW2..."Where are the Americans?"
I guess you'll all join in and be more vocal when there's nothing of interest on the television...
