There is mounting evidence that the "missile" was in fact an airplane contrail. First, take a look at these pictures comparing the Nov. 8th event to other known airplane contrails.

They all look like missiles. Second, reader Rob Matson notes that "a Boeing 757-200 from Honolulu to Phoenix flew right over Catalina Island at 37,000 feet at the time in question. Here is a map of the flight."

Whatever it was, whenever it was it is all just speculation. The U.S. would not be the first
country in the world not to disclose anything that goes on with the Military. Enough Said.

Well it's fair to say they would blame the Tooth Fairy before admitting that a missile was fired within 50kms of a major US city that they were unaware of.

I just can't keep up with this thread. Would someone please post (...er most likely repost) why it took them so long to come out and define this as a plane?

Thanks!

Well officially they haven't fully said that yet.
They are saying its "most likely" a plane.

Just because they deny it or say they don't know doesn't mean that they don't know. It's a need to
know basis kinda thing and you don't need to know.

Perhaps the best advice is for you to watch the video repeatedly and forget the extra, similar stuff that has been hauled out to show that it is a plane's contrail. It is obviously a rocket, and not a plane. ...And what other choice did they have to tell you for an acceptable explanation?

Thanks! ...'cause around here it seems like it is a definite done deal. And I just don't get if the plane angle is correct why it took so long for them to figure it out. Didn't I see someone mention a flight number even? Seems to me they should have had that determined like within an hour. Geez....

That is a tricky one, and it can raise even more questions.. at least the way it was made to the press:

Lapan denied that the Pentagon's fumbling response to the vapor trail sighting was because of an attempt to cover for a secret, or "black" operation.

"That was one of the questions we asked yesterday," he said.

"That didn't take any more time than anything else. The time was canvassing all these different agencies for whatever information they might have, making sure everybody was certain this was something they didn't know about."

Read the full report here...

news.yahoo.com...

In the end if anything it highlights the failures of communications between agencies... The same kind of communications and information sharing failures etc that happened prior to the attacks of 9/11.

On a more serious note. I think those that need to know already do and have for awhile.

133 pages of the same arguments, plane, missile, missile, plane...To be honest Im fed up and dont care what it was now. Im sure a lot of you feel the same. How a bunch of clever people can get bogged down on a subject for so long beggars belief, realy.

Whether its a plane or a missile there are questions to be asked, such as : Why the delays from the military regarding what it was. If a missile, who fired it? and so on and so on. But no, this thread has been crippled with people guarding their own viewpoint like a selfish kid with a new toy. Like 2 camps playing amazons and pirates.

Weve had experts, yes experts, say it was a missile and weve had the MSN say it was a missile. Weve had military and government agencies spend 2 days saying they dont know but it might be a missile. Then as predicted they and the News goes flip-side on airplane.

" It was a missile" people. Lets wait for the next episode in this soap opera because its certainly on same time same channel very soon.

Problem, Reaction, Solution.....

Thanks to the internet, tricks like "FALSE FLAG ATTACKS", are being exposed everyday. People are waking up to how the real political power structure operates. You have to "Control" the flow of information. So TPTB need legislation that helps them reach that goal.

www.youtube.com...

www.reuters.com...

For the past year they've been trying to pass the "Cyber Security Bill". Selling it by suggesting that China or whoever could hack our cell phones, power grids etc. and we need to protect ourselves from it. However thanks to the internet exposing what was really in the bill the people stood up against it. So those in Congress are afraid to pass it because they dont want to upset their voters. How can you solve this problem and pass the damn bill before the end of the year!?!

You create a Cyber FALSE FLAG Attack. You start with the threat of hacking nukes....

www.youtube.com...

You make it seem like something went wrong with a missle launch...!!

See now they have their problem. Now those who may not have voted for it are watching the DoD and Navy scramble for lies to explain an obvious breach of security or accident and they say to themselves....maybe I should vote for this. Fox News, CNN, play their part in hyping the confusion so even the public would support it if it were explained to them to bring public pressure for a vote on passing the bill.

I believe, especially for those who enjoy websites like this, that just incase I'm right that we on a local level help remind those who pass legislation to NOT VOTE for the passage of this Cyber Take Over from the Federal Government!

But hey maybe Im wrong.....but what if I'm right?

Thanks Aliensun. No need to repeatedly watch it because I just don't think it looks like a plane. But I'm no expert for sure. It's just that the "oh, it's obviously a jet" story doesn't convince me since it seems fairly obvious they needed time to get the story straight. Not passing blame around or anything.....it would be a tough decision to make and if it were some sort of crisis I would much rather they focus on dealing with the crisis than running damage control in the immediate aftermath....

....and bingo to fractured.facade...that is a problem!

I saw that, he as an aviator himself stated that anyone with any military flight experience of a few years would agree and tell you that was a missile fired from a submarine. He also stated that he thought it might have been a Black Project Operation but couldn't be sure and that the military wouldn't fess up to it if it was.

Finally.

There is nothing special about that Notice to Mariners. That is a standing notice...permanent. The area is a target and testing zone.

You can find them here:

And one from August:

March:

CRAP CRAP CRAP.

Last Friday I believe it was, I was driving to work, taking the side streets... driving from Culver City, west towards the Santa Monica area, and the first thing I saw in the sky that morning was this huge vertical trail. It immediately stuck out, and the first thing I thought was maybe there had been a plane crash. A google search yielded nothing, but this was NOT a cloud formation. It was a trail left by something that had either shot up or had fallen. I just googled pictures of missle trails and it looked pretty similar.

This was on Friday morning- did anyone else in the LA area see it? I wish I would have taken a picture.

Also, I work in a high-rise in Westwood, right near the coast in LA and today we heard extra loud planes that made our building (a marble, 17 story building) vibrate. I couldn't see the aircraft from our vantage point, but these most certainly were not regular helicopters or airplanes just by their thunderous rumble. I've seen military aircraft fly by our building before and it was the same volume of sound. Gonna start keeping my eyes open now.

ok for the third time i will say this...... we can all agree it was not a plane and this is why...think logically for once, if it was a plane then at the time of the incident when people where calling 911 and news stations to report a missle the government would have checked with norad and FAA and imeddiatley had evidence to prove it was a plane then the story would be over,....

Calm explanations about this falsehood haven't worked so it's time to up the volume.

WHAT YOU HAVE ASSUMED TO BE TRUE IS NONSENSE,

NOBODY CALLED 911,

NOBODY ELSE EXCEPT THE HELO CREW REPORTED SEEING A MISSILE THAT EVENING.

NOBODY.

STOP MAKING UP FALSE FACTOIDS TO CHEAT.
