You poor poor love, your not on your own, i think someone or something is watching over all of us, and even though it doesnt seem like it to you everything happens for a reason. I nearly lost my life a couple of years ago but i see now that without my illness my life would not have turned into the the (better) life it is now. Also, have an eighteen year old daughter who has similar menstrual problems, so i understand the bathroom like a crime scene remark. As for your mother, remember babe, you can choose your friends but not your family. If you want to talk to someone i am here, ( think im quite a young 40), im quite new to the site so im not sure how the u2u thing works, but perhaps il eventually figure it out. take care.

Xtrozero,

Thanks for posting in our thread. I am so glad that you feel so carefree. There's something almost reassuring about what you said.

I guess to stick to the topic of this thread, have you felt anything strange in the air? Do you have your own conclusions to these phenomena? I'm interested in all views whether they are paranormal or scientific in explanation.

The reason that we have all been connecting so well is not only due to synchronicity (a great book btw), but because, well, we are all having the almost exact same experiences, and we've used this thread to air our concerns, our own personal interpretations of the phenomena, and to keep an open dialogue about it. I just want to make sure that I keep this a safe and open environment for those of us who may not feel comfortable talking about these things to our loved ones, friends, and anybody else not open to the possibilities.

I scanned your thread in question, and it's very interesting to me.

Thank you for your thoughts, as everyone that posts gets us closer to realizing the bigger picture. Feel free to keep contributing as long as the dialogue is open-minded in nature, as I want to make sure that this thread stays a productive and safe environment for those of us awakening to the bigger picture.

Peace be with you.

I have experienced the shaking thing sort of a lot. Usually when I am just waking up, so I don't know if it's a sleep related thing. Funny thing is, it almost always happens if I take a nap during the day, but only sometimes at night. It feels like someone is shaking the bed up and down in a very quick manner. I look at my hands and they don't shake, but the bed shakes. It used to scare me a little, now it just annoys be because I wish I knew what it's cause was.

The bed shaking phenomenon....wow....yes.

Well, friends, my own conclusion is that you may be experiencing a shifting in the vibrations that keep you firmly grounded in your body. I have these things happen at least once or twice a week, and it does start in my legs and hips and eventually makes its way up to my head. It's different than the warming experience I talked about in an earlier post. It feels like your legs are almost waving up and down, like a flag flapping in the wind. There are some "scientific" explanations for the phenomenon as well, and it includes "restless leg syndrome", as well as some neurological syndromes as well. I mean, that is the "logical" explanation for it, but I wouldn't be so quick to judge what is going on, as many people who have had OBE's or astral traveling experiences talk about this vibration or "wavy" feeling in their legs when they are starting to produce a successful OBE.

Just some food for thought.

Peace be with you.

I just posted about my vibrational experiences too. I also live in the NE US where we have no earthquakes.

I also wanted to say, it sounds like we are in the same situation with our awakening. I have since I was very young experienced weird things, but am just now learning more. It feels scary to me, but comforting also. So I know what you mean about not knowing much about meditation yet either.

I'm what you might call totally neutral. No feelings, no mental experiences, no nothing. I have been interested in the paranormal and I never seen/heard/felt a thing, I also have traveled all over the world in 75 plus countries with nothing unusual ever happening even when I looked for it. I’m open to experiences, but never in my life have I ever had any, and when people are around me they never have any either.

So the people that are around you don't have experiences either? That is interesting to me. Are you implying that they have had experiences in the past, but when they are around you, nothing? That might be something in itself. I have heard of people who pretty much negate certain types of energy fields (talking paranormal now), and they effectively shut off that connection. This is very interesting to me! I'll have to go back and read some more about these types of things. It might be an ability in and of itself.

BTW- is your profile avatar from Dr. Strangelove? I love that movie!

Peace be with you.

Hi all,

Haven't posted in a few days due to feeling like complete crap lol. Yesterday I thought I was actually getting the flu, but today is much better.

My blood type I THINK is AB with RH+. I have no way to check until I donate blood again. I do know that my blood is good for infants according to the Red Cross. Whatever that means.

I was born with a heart murmur and jaundice. No real tragic experiences as a kid. I have been in a few car wrecks (the last one I totaled my truck on 12/20 of last year). Also wrecked a dirtbike once. No serious injuries from any of them though.

Haven't really caught up on everything here yet so I will add more if I can.

Xtrozero,

I'm right there with you. The only times I have ever really experienced anything weird (other than odd feelings; I have those ALL the time) is close to when I'm falling asleep or waking up. I've had surreal experiences where I've thought an unknown presence has laid next to me and whispered to me; I once saw 3 shadow people standing in my room during which I had sleep paralysis; I felt like I almost slipped out of my body once when I was about to fall asleep; and a few other experiences, but they have ALL happened during or around sleep so I won't claim any of them are real. But during my normal waking life not a thing. And I have always been interested in paranormal stuff. So who knows.

Yes, people have said that they have experiences, but when I'm involved nothing ever happens nor do they feel anything either. As you can see this gives me a skeptical view even though in my youth I was quite interested and both reading and personal experimenting.

Ya, Doctor Strangelove is a great movie. I use to transport nukes around the world in the late 80s early 90s and my crew many times would sit down and watch that movie with a few beers as a tradition before we headed out for food, so it has some connection to me…hehe

Ya, that would pretty much freak me out, but in a way I would be interested too since it could expand my perceive reality. Speaking of shadow people, when I was like 3 and my sister was 4 we have a memory of small shadows dancing in a waltz like dance on our wall (just one time) my sister said I threw something at the wall and they disappeared. With that said, this memory is like a third person view in my head and so I have the feeling it is more of something that manifested over the years with the help of my sister than an actual experience, but who knows….

Hello again everyone!

I've been so out of touch with this thread lately I must confess that I haven't the slightest idea as to all that is being discussed. Thus, I may only reiterate what some have said, or in the worst case scenario, only be redundant in my posts and dialogue.

However, that said, I must profess an overwhelming feeling. This feeling is not one of light description and my vocabulary fails, I think, to communicate this phenomena but I must, with the greatest difficulty, attempt to communicate regardless. I have only recently 'awakened' to a different reality. I suppose it is a bit like Neo escaping the Matrix. For so long I have been trapped by my own ego; a prisoner of my self. This self I speak of constitutes of thoughts, emotions, perspective, and greatest of all perception. This fundamental arousal of consciousness, this storm of realization, this great sonic boom of renewal has brought to my attention a shift in reality. I would interject here to say that this 'reality' concept I am presenting is not one of great esoteric resonance or any ideology not proposed before myself. It is a very common phenomena I believe to any individual who truly pursues the denial of ignorance as is the motto here on ATS.

Back to my main thought process; a shift in reality. I believe there is a change happening in the very fabric of our lives. We can see this in every natural 'disaster'. It is my personal belief (one without much data or evidence to support it) that we are on the cusp of something of a magnitude not witnessed by those before us. I can feel this...displacement (as I can best describe it) in existence.

Without all of the fancy rhetoric I can say it quite plainly: Consider for a moment all of the death, corruption, disaster, famine, and disease rampant globally today. Then consider for a moment this great 'awakening' by people globally. There is something happening before our eyes and as individuals born and bred into a certain concept of life I think we are failing to witness it. The media is full of these happenstances. Just watching any major media outlet (with the ability to separate biased reporting and propaganda) can only enforce this idea. Something is occurring on universal scales.

I fear I have only talked myself in circles and not really provided any real idea as to what I'm trying to say. This is unfortunately what I feared from the beginning of this post. I can only summarize my thoughts as thus (and I've already reiterated my point really): There has been a shift in something fundamental to life as we know it. Something has tipped the balance that is the existence of everything and with that comes the karmic (karma defined as change or ripple effect) philosophy of cause and consequence. It is my opinion all things are interwoven and are thus each causes and consequences in themselves.

I'm no 'doom-sayer' or apocalyptic prophet. I wouldn't pretend to have any more elementary understanding of the universe than any other individual. I cannot pretend as though I have some special insight. I can only say that to the core of my being I recognize a turning in the life we know, the reality we live in, the very pattern to life. Something is on the horizon and we at one point will experience the proverbial sunrise.

Welcome back Capable

You said it beautifully and right on target. Don't fret

For those having issues of not feeling ... secure in their meditations; I suggest if anyone knows of some good instructional videos or even simple written directions, possibly to post them here? I think it would put some at ease with the process.

ACM, I think you have found at least some of the words that I have been unable to grasp from my mind. The events unfolding are unprecedented, and no matter what anybody tells me, nothing will change my mind about that. Everything is seemingly being wrapped up in a nice neat little package (or a tightly coiled one on your front lawn, depending on your point of view), and all the signs point to something either great, or very bad. What saddens me the most are the naysayers that will continue to be ignorant or even fearful of the changes happening around us. Many brush them off to coincidence or chance, or even say that these things have been predicted before. I have challenged them before to bring up even one point in history where all the dots have been connected at once. So far, none of them have been able to bring up anything.

I agree with the sentiment that we are going through a new awareness, unlike anything that mankind has ever seen in his short life on this planet. The fog is slowly clearing and the bigger picture that we have all been grasping at is slowing being revealed. With the amount of psychic turbulence that has been apparent in the air, it truly makes me wonder if my initial theory had some weight to it (if you're interested in reading it, I think it is back on page 5 of this thread). I sometimes see visions in symbols as opposed to concrete images and facts, and maybe my original vision/theory is symbolic of this huge change that is right in front of our eyes.

One could go mad thinking about all the possibilities. I guess we will all have to wait and find out what could be around the corner. I just hope that when that time comes, everybody has gotten all their affairs in order, because I still have an intense feeling that it will be a very bumpy ride.

Peace be with you.

I am tired of waiting day after day for it to go down. If it's gonna happen, let it happen already. I am tired of being in this constant state of limbo, with that feeling in the background.

Know what i mean?

I do, but why not enjoy life before the "big one" happens? I hate the waiting feeling as much as everybody else does, but at this point, the only thing we can do is mentally and spiritually prepare for it. If it's a war, let it come, if it's mass destruction on a global scale through Mother Nature herself, well, there's nothing we can do but sit back with a six-pack and realize that we did everything possible to try and stop it. We are making small strides everyday, and with more and more people contributing to the thread, the awareness is going up. Like Ceri said before, it feels like something doesn't want us to find this out....but we will in due time. We just have to keep meditating on that fact and keep piecing the puzzle together, no matter how small or inconsequential the pieces are.

Peace be with you.

For the most part I have to attribute my 'strange feelings' to the ATS effect, reading so much gloom and doom tends to leave you feeling , well, gloomy. But more recently I keep thinking about a dream I had a while back, I had posted it here on ATS, but I have no idea where, anyway the spill in the gulf has me thinking about that dream again, I saw some news coverage of oil being burned off, and it looked a lot like the dream I had, and I have a sure fire notion that the gulf oil spill is going to take drastic turns and become much more dangerous than anyone is considering in the mainstream at this point. So for now, I think that my feeling of gloom and doom is possibly justified, and not just residue of reading ATS threads.

You are totally right about enjoying the time we do have.

But here's the thing. Personally, I feel like my training has been complete.

Hmm. I just thought of something. Maybe if I feel like I am at an adequate spiritual level, maybe my purpose is now to help spread this awareness to others? I just got chills. I basically just right now figured this out in my head. That's awesome.

Also wanted to add that my entire day today has had massive amounts of deja vu, or deja reve, whichever one you want to pick. Tonight is pretty intense for me.

again, thanks to all... Today I droped a call to my mom (happy mother's day to all mothers here too) and when I told her (again) that I was depressed due the hormones and I needed with urge to go to my doctor, at least she sounded concerned about it... she said the same that always says, that the money isn't coming soon and why the business is going to be better in the next months because they did a lot of contracts for cellphone masts and that eeeverything would be ok soon...
I listen to that speech at leat 1 time at week since she left the city.
anyway... i hope this comes to a good end. soon. i can't focus in anything. how godly would be to win the lottery in situations like this! (when it's not just to be rich but to live decently and have good healthcare. I don't have any insurance since she became a housewife. It's forbidden to me even to catch a cold)

I never felt this alone before =(...

oh and back on topic, when I was trying to reach a concious OBE i used to have those shakings, but in the upper part of my body.

I have never been a true believer in anything like this except that what you and a few other are describing is freaking me out. I have experienced this and was unsure what it could be.

I am getting headaches (pains with a sense of pressure and exertion as if I had been working on something intensely which caused me to need to sleep or rest) on my right side, I have only experienced migraines a few times in my life and this isn't migraines, it's a pain easily described as a headache but not really a headache (no headache medicine works even at max dose) it's more than a headache. And it seems the only real solution is sleep.

Sleep is a huge issue, one day I can only sleep 3-4 hours, the next day I can sleep 12 hours. I use to be able to sleep solid easily 8-9 hours, and a nuke couldn't have woken me. Now I experience waking up for no reason, and some days when I do get woken up it feels like I have had the hardest workout in my life and I can't move and am utterly exhausted.

Then there is a crazy feeling of vertigo out of no where sometimes and the yes loss of direction which doesn't last long but shouldn't even be present due to me knowing exactly where I am at.

This stuff is weird and there is a lot more but I can't explain it all on here, just wanted to confirm that I 100% agree something is going on even though I have no idea what it is.

Okay, I don't know about you guys,(and girls), but I just got a profound sense of relaxation wash over me about 3 minutes ago.

If that is one of you out there helping me, I really really appreciate it. I will be sure to rebound this positive energy to everyone I can.

Thank you. I love you all so much.

I have just had a one hour nap.
On waking I checked the sun x ray flux graph, and, sure enough, there was a small peak at just that time.

Friday and Saturday I spent most of the day sleeping. The graphs showed several very high peaks in emissions throughout both days.

It appears that electromagnetic radiation from the sun profoundly affects me by giving me an overwhelming urge to sleep - maybe others have different responses.
