FED kills a real life friend (former ATS member & Military Man of 12yrs) - PLEASE help solve this!

Did anybody consider that this man may have actually been in possession of child pornography, and when the officers encountered him during their search he realized he was in massive trouble. At which point he decided it was better to be dead than in jail and have everyone he knows be disgusted by him for the rest of his life. He then goes for his firearm and the officers consider this life threatening so begin to fire, and while being fired upon he puts the gun to his jaw and pulls the trigger? It doesn't seem very unlikely to me. The only things said to be fishy about this story are:
1. He didn't seem like the type of person that would be into child pornography (yet you stated he was a fairly secretive fellow, and these sorts of people often appear very normal and nobody would guess that they had anything like that)
2.He shot himself and was also shot by the officers(the situation I laid out above is very likely what happened here, and could've taken place over a period of time with an intense stand off, as the articles both stated that the family was not informed until hours after they were removed from the home, which iirc is pretty standard when searches are started)

I personally don't find this very suspicious.

No, the simplest explanation is that FBI agents entered the home (a known fact), cleared out any witnesses (a known fact), and then executed the guy. Doesn't get simpler than that. And our "hero" federal agents DO have a history of killing troublesome suspects, even unarmed suspects, even women and children.

So, don't give me this "Occam's Razor" nonsense that works just fine in Hollywood screenplays, but that could never explain what we know happened at Ruby Ridge, for example.

There's this 800 lb execution theory occupying the room, waiting to be investigated. Yeah, right, as if. That's why they cleared out the family first. No "other side" of the story this time.

Obviously the weapons fiasco was from 1997, last century... oh ok just decade and 3 yrs. Old news, recent fiasco child porn related.

Maybe the guy was areal douch and sold any thing he could for a buck...
Sounds plausible, he was involved with illegal arms sales, to god knows what types of people. Gangs, drug cartel enforcers, ex prison convicts, point is it takes a certain kind of scum bag to steal equipment from his country and sell it off.

Says a ton about his personal character.

Crazy case, wish there was more to go on, but it looks like the news released is not any thing but biased against him.

Shame, he may have been a good person caught up in a bad situation, or a ligit crook. History may or not ever tell.

Here are some answers to your questions...

I have talked to my friend who knew him better than I did, and he confirmed that the person I found earlier on ATS (the profile I posted) is definitely not him.

I got some more information about the things he was into and will be searching around ATS.

You all either need to take my word that he was on ATS, or call me a damn troll - and for those of you who know me around here I'm not a damn troll.

I am upset about this, I want this to be figured out. I literally sent those letters to the CIA and Marine Corps TODAY so now I will be traced back to this, my name, my SSN, my passport ID #, my drivers license number etc...

I have no reason to make anything up. You think I just found this story and made this all up? If you think so then I will honestly leave ATS. For once can people just suck it up that I don't have a damn copy of his hard drive to prove there was no child pornography on it? I know what kind of women he liked, he always talked about girls with big tits, and how he like a girl not fully shaven - that good enough for you? Which would mean children are out the question, not to mention if you knew him you'd be on my side as well. Not to mention the family, in the articles talk about how good of a person he was.

YES he was involved in some military crap and got convicted, but once again LOOK AT THE .PDF I added, it shows all his appeals. You think he would admit to it, then make those appeals for fun? NO! He had a crap ass lawyer who screwed him. I'm assuming at this point that he probably told him he'd get off light if he just admitted it.

From what I understand (I can't reveal this part right now) a friend of his was the person who did the military job, and he was condemned for it as well even though he had NOTHING to do with it as far as I know. Yes it is possible something small happened with him but he definitely was not apart of anything major military wise that anyone is aware of. Although he did know secrets from the military I am sure of that.

so i want to know

1) what happened upstairs that meant the family had to be taken off the property immediately, or why the family would have to be removed for the agents to secure either an arrest or a hard drive?

2) what happened in the two hours between the family being escorted off the premises and being told that Mr. Hill was dead?

3) why was Mrs. Hill told that her husband "was killed in a dispute with law enforcement officers", when the official story is "suicide"? a dispute with law enforcement officers implies a struggle. these statements when put together imply that Mr. Hill attempted suicide and the FBI agents tried to stop this. so this explains Mr Hills 6 gunshot wounds? one can only presume that the agents fired upon Mr Hill to stop him from committing suicide... not very convincing in my opinion.

this only applies of course if the source of the quote is trustworthy, and i am not in a position to know whether it is or not.

in my mind (and i try hard to consider all evidence fairly and without bias or agenda), by simply looking at the story holes become apparent.

the "child pornography" accusation is an interesting thing to consider. from the sources posted in this thread it would appear unlikely that Mr. Hill was engaged in these kind of activities. however it is impossible to make a judgement on whether this is true or not without either a) knowing Mr. Hill intimately b) having concrete evidence that he did. however, as previously pointed out, Mr. Hill used the internet from his home computer. surely someone would notice hundreds of child porn images on a home computer?

just a few things that struck me upon reading through, what do you guys think?

H-OG - you're gonna have to get a close family member involved, looks like ur doing good leg work so far, good luck...searching those parameters on ATS is about as close as ur gonna get right now...

the only thing i found was that in 2006 he made a $500 contribution to the mike fitzpatrick for congress campaign.

i'm not saying that that's relevant at all, i'm just saying that that's all i could find on him.

Yeah, sure, do their work for them... Better yet we need those who knew him here to come forward and identify themselves in this very thread.

I think you need to relax. From what I have seen, every one here is trying to help, and figure out what really happened, and what alleged info is useful.

Last post above mine, as asking about the info that was not mentioned, stuff that was left out.

I understand your interest concern about gettingthis situation resolved, but under stand that the people posting here are all different views and not all of them are going to agree.

We have to be objective in allowing our selves to study this form all angles. Becoming blinded by personal opinions, and emotion helps no one, and only serves to further cause strife in what should be a co operative and collaborative effort to investigate and or study the case here.

I hope that every one can see it that way and agree to maintain the decorum essential to critical subjects.

If any one can determine an outcome with any deffinitave understanding, ATSers will and have.

I got you man, but you have to understand the immense pressure I'm under right now - AND the only reason I just brought this up is because I just found out about it a week or two ago max. I reconnected with my high school friend, he told me the story and I have been researching since. I wanted to post on here once I had something to go on, so I waited until I was ready to post.

I appreciate all the U2U's but really why are people sending me messages to peoples profiles who aren't even real, and I'm getting messages saying "He is still on the boards I just saw him last week" ??? Are you joking?!

This isn't a game. This is real life. I knew this person, and I would appreciate it if you're going to be apart of this thread, at least back yourself up if you have something to say - I don't want 2 line posts saying crap about the guy because you have never even met him!

I really do appreciate everyones help though, I am currently going through all the possible ATS profiles I was sent, it's going to take a bit.

I will update once again when I know anything else. more on this...if wikipedia is to be believed, it appears that the fitzpatrick fellow is involved in the 'knights of columbus' and the 'ancient order of hibernians.' both of which are secret societies...

I can see an angle in here that would definitely require wet work from the government.
This guy Ex-marine hardcore soldier took an oath to protect the constitution of the United States.
He knows he was set up many years ago by the PTB and took the fall for a crime he did not feel he was guilty of, A thinking man that can see the way America has gone and is unhappy about it.
The government discovers his continuing dis-satisfaction with the way the rule of law currently is and the backdoor dis-assembling of the constitution.
He has links with militia, the government sees him as a threat in the current climate and seeks to destroy his reputation whilst gaining control of his computer to see who he is talking too and the nature of his communications.
Possibly they know enough to want him killed because he really was a threat to them and in keeping with his oath as a marine was prepared to go the whole way and had started organising others of the same mind.
One of the first things the government would do when they launch martial law or a revolution begins is to get in touch with all those ex-spec ops people to find out which side of the fence they are on, if they are not with them they are against them and would be killed because the last thing they want is a nation of piss*d off people being trained to wage geurilla war against them by the people who have the best training.
I have heard on the grapevine that the government would begin eliminating certain groups of people the moment a revolution breaks out.
