I can see the logic/physics of him being shot at the same time as killing himself. But that still seems odd that it was released he had killed himself and then it comes out oh by the way he has 6 holes in him. And like one of the other posters said. What is up with the carpet, why cut it out and take it away. That just does not add up.

i`m not saying this is what happend or trying to paint any graphic pictures but it is posible that he did shoot himself in the mouth but not fately wounding himself and stayed standing with gun in hand and then the feds shot himhe was a big guy after all and teeth are hard enough to shater or deflect a bullet.BUT what i do find very odd is the fact that his family was removed before any shots were fired

It sounds like he knew too much from his Marine experience, and the feds considered him to be a liability rather than an asset. Darius probably didn't post about his knowledge unless he had found a totally anonymous way to do it. That wouldn't stop the hit by the feds, because any liability is, of course, eliminated.

Then the feds need to cover their trail. By planting trace evidence, which the carpet sample would provide in abundance, the feds can say that since DNA evidence was present the suspect had been present. Evidence of Darius could be in all the wrong placed to "prove" a life kept secret from his family, a life of addiction to kidde porn.

I agree that suspicion of trafficing in kiddie porn would cause most folks to separate themselves from the suspect, especially when the suspect was dead. The fed's well-used method backfired because Darius' family and friends refused to turn on him in death.

Thanks for letting us know about this case.

The FBI went around to my neighbors houses and told them my mother was a prostitute. They all knew the agent was lying. They were horrified that an agent could use such deception. I see they are still doing it.

I too have had the FBI come to my home.. based upon an 'anonymous" report that they later told me came from (Nota bene: my wording not theirs: a large multinational corporation that engages in fraud, professionally..... the Feds were told that little ole me was gonna take down the Internet... I was stunned and flattered that anyone, including Fan Belt Inspectors might think I could do so... anyhow, I invited them in and showed them around (no warrant) and we sat out back I educated these guys... they left and one of them said that I reminded them of the characters out of "The smoking gun" TV series... and said "I had too much time on my hands".... I quipped in reply that I thought he was watching way too much TV..I still have that guys number, even though he got transferred to another city, and if I get in a jamb and need a character reference Ill call him again...but... here is what I think you need to know

There are, IMO 3 types of Federal agents...

1) Honest guys desperately trying their damnedest under extrordinaryly difficult circumstances to 'do the right thing'
2) Lifers just keeping their heads down to get that federal pension and
3) Scumbags... exploiters.... nazis if you will... bullies or 'sociopaths' if you don't like the nazi label..

at this time, IMO the good guys IN the Federal Gov are massively outnumbered by 2 & 3...
and
This pattern applies to all three branches of government..

The point of this post is do not characterize any agency as wholly 'bad', including the FBI, because of the conduct of the scumbags in it...there are some good people, but they are a minority..and that minority is likely as scared as you are about what is happening in the world today..

---

Suicides amongst high ranking executive branch employees has been running at a highest ever since 911.. and no, Im sorry I cannot give you a cite for that factoid...

...i wonder why the author of this thread hasnt taken the time to ask the dead man's family for permission to use their tragedy in this alleged search for the truth... imo, that should have been their first step, PRIOR TO creating this thread, since they claim to have personally known the dead man...

The old story of 'the FEDS were looking for child pornography" is a common storyline used when someone knows too much about something in government, usually the FEDS kill them so they can not defend their name or their honour (exactly as with this case). Its the governments way of discrediting a person's integrity, because they know as soon as the line 'child pornography' is used in the media (whether true or not) people will judge the person guilty without even knowing the facts.

Its common in England when the government over there wants to discredit someone they will "leak' a report stating the person (who knows too much) is involved in the sale and distribution of child porn and basically anything that person says after that is written off as being false by the general public that read mainstream media publications.

Here's a google search link on Darius Hill, notice all the headlines state "Child Porn Suspect..." hasn't been proven one way or the other whether he actually was into child porn, but the mainstream media have already labelled him and found him guilty in their headlines.

If "they" wanted him dead, he'd be dead under mysterious circumstances by an unknown assailant, not uniformed federal agents.

Also, what if he actually was a child pornographer? It wouldn't be a character assassination attempt, but justice.

If they want to eliminate someone they will find a way.

And will always get away with it period end of story.

Not only have I seen this happen to a few people, I have also seen other things... The allegations of child porn in the OP are striking to me because I know someone who claimed that the feds somehow put illegal porn on his home computer... (Which his wife and kids used and only had one user account, everyone had the passwords) and that person fought this and for his life until, he agreed to give them what they wanted and there were never any criminal charges filed (evidence destroyed). That person (which will remain nameless) was later involved in fatal car accident and is no more for this world.

Go figure?

If you pose a threat of any kind to any corrupt government agency especially the FBI and you are targeted, they can ruin your life, and if necessary end your life and there is no way to fight it.

If you are personally involved in this case, a word of advise.... What you don't know can't harm you in any way... Don't go too far, you'll find quickly there is no way back if you do.

I bet it was not basic weapons he took, He probably took something very dear to the CIA or army Intel and they wanted to find it first then do him in. He was probably right for taking it given what they did to him. They thought the charges would be enough to scare him into giving up whatever he had. Wrong.

The feds are so dumb, everyone sees right through their old wore out child porn set up.

Screw this government, they all need to go.

We need ATS to find out who he was on ATS so we can see if he was trying to warn us. That only seems logical.

The tell-tale detail is that they removed his family prior to the shooting.

That speaks volumes. It's pretty clear they knew he was going to die, or at least be injured, and at a minimum had the decency to prevent his family's seeing it. (P.R., you know).

But they knew going in he was going to die, or had good reason to suspect something would take place to cause them to "find it necessay" to use fatal force.

It's very troublesome. I agree.

At some point this becomes public record. For example, did they continue to execute the search warrant after they killed him and the body was removed? Was it just the computer they wanted? At some point, it might be possible to see the search warrant.
It's likely in possession of the District Attorney's office, or it's porn allegations, then the Feds. Also, a copy would have been left at the home.

It would just be interesting to know exactly what they were looking for. A man was arrested in my city for huge porn associations about six months ago. His house was stormed, and they arrested him without incident.

This just doesn't add up, imo, and the guy isn't even around to defend himself.

You only have one typo in here :

If you pose a threat of any kind to any corrupt government agency especially the FBI and you are targeted, they can ( WILL ) ruin your life, and if necessary end your life and there is no way to fight it.

The guy is dead, the only thing that will come from revealing his online identity here or elsewhere is a potential for legal maneuvering by corrupt agents involved to collect any private communications (U2Us).

They will, if it is important enough to them, get a list of names of other users who communicated with this person and go from there.

Some things are best left alone.

It is an interesting case, respect his privacy and that of others who may be potential targets.

ATS should do every thing in its power to protect the online identities of this person in question.

Leave it alone.

News Release
SECRETARY OF DEFENSE DIRECTS REVIEW OF SECURITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY PROCEDURES
As a result of the announcement of arrests in the FBI undercover operation "Long Fuse," Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen has directed the military services to conduct a review of their security and accountability procedures for small arms and ammunition.

"Today I am directing the Service Secretaries to conduct a review of our security and accountability procedures for small arms and ammunition and to report back to me within 30 days. I am doing this in light of a Marine Corps-initiated investigation that brought to a halt an alleged munitions and weapons theft operation in the southeastern United States. It is imperative that we be confident we have procedures in place to ensure that military arms and munitions are tightly controlled and safeguarded," said Secretary Cohen.

IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Found this info on the case reference, not sure if it was linked before, but it sounds like two different things were going on.

Child porn and weapons smuggling...sounds like a case of mistaken identity or a smear campaign.
