So the ten commandments are ignorant and worldy? So you sit at home praying and worshiping every day?

What books of the bible do you put into practice? You state that you dont believe mainstream christianity in churches, but you sound like any another bible thumping slave.

What is it to you what I do?

The Sabbath was given to Israel, not the church. The Sabbath is still Saturday, not Sunday, and has never been changed. But the Sabbath is part of the Old Testament Law, and Christians are free from the bondage of the Law (Galatians 4:1-26; Romans 6:14). Sabbath keeping is not required of the Christian—be it Saturday or Sunday. The first day of the week, Sunday, the Lord's Day (Revelation 1:10) celebrates the New Creation, with Christ as our resurrected Head. We are not obligated to follow the Mosaic Sabbath—resting, but are now free to follow the risen Christ—serving. The Apostle Paul said that each individual Christian should decide whether to observe a Sabbath rest, “One man considers one day more sacred than another; another man considers every day alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind” (Romans 14:5). We are to worship God every day, not just on Saturday or Sunday.

And I am convinced that everyday is the Lords Day or Sabath because the Spirit of God is at One with my Spirit.

You have Just been enlightened my friend. How does it feel?

Thats a perfect biblical explination. Your still ignorant for thinking that anyone is anwsering your prayers.

Do you believe everything paul says? if not why pick and choose what to listen to from a witness to god? Shouldnt it all be perfect?

Don't hold your breathe, because you will never see or recognize them. You don't even allow me a personal relationship with god, and scoff at me for even saying it is possible.

I agree with John that everyday is the LORDS DAY >..there is not a day that goes by that I dont pray ...study ....praise him and thank him for every thing .
And everyday I fellowship with other believers ..especially on here ...
I dont see why any day would need to be set aside for any of the above ..when all the above SHOULD HAPPEN EVERYDAY if you truly love him .(Would you only put ONE day aside for your husband ?NO >>.everyday is time for my LORD >>(ALL DAY EVERYDAY even when I am working he is on my mind ) ...in fact just on sundays or saturdays is where most people get so far from the Lord.It gets so mundane ...it becomes nothing but ritual ...you are fed barely enough of the word that you cannot even grow in the Lord ..and they get lazy and do not even seek the Lord on their own ...........and I cannot even imagine a day going by that I dont consider it as THE LORDS DAY >...he is constantly on my mind and constantly speaking to my heart and his word I EAT like manna ...(spiritual food) ........

Everyday to me is also a day of COMMUNION >....

As far as I know, being a catholic at one point, Paul was not there first pope, Peter was claimed to be. But whatever the case niether Paul nor Peter claimed to be God. Man appointed them after they had died. Man made gods of them. Besides that I am not following the man Jesus I am following the diety of Jesus.
I am not a catholic anymore nor do I subscribe to any denomination or religion. I think Paul had an encounter with God which birthed his perception of God. It was different from yours so you call him a heritic.

Thoughts and words are energy. Prayers of the Faithful are heard but not always answerd the way we expect.
I take what Paul says at "Spiritual" face value because I was not there to see all that he experienced. I find much of what he says helpful and I believe he was insired by the Holy Spirit.

The plan and message of Salvation is Perfect.
People are not perfect, so God extends his Grace and allows us to be Saved by Faith in Christ. What we are saved from is the curse for Sinning which is death. All have a Sin Nature and all have sinned, so all need forgiveness and the rebirth of their Spirit. One can only experience Oneness with God through a rebirth of one's Spirit. Man cannot accomplish or earn salvation. But with God salvation is made possible. On the one hand it's a Free Gift, but on the other hand we must place our hope, trust, faith, lives, and all that we have in his care, and give him the glory for all that we are.

There is only One Way to the Father, which is through Faith in Christ. If you are Born again by having faith in Christ, then Your Spirit has been raised from the dead by the Spirit of God and that would be awesome.

Romans 13:
1Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

2Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

3For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:

What Paul is saying is that any power that exists is the power of god. That all authority is god, and that those who have authority are ordained by god.

This is to say that if 2 people war, the side that wins is the side god was on. That all power is of god.

So does this mean that when the anti-christ comes to power, and that when evil comes to power, that we should automatically follow and be subject to that power? Well this is what the catholic church says, even if the pope is Satan that it should be followed because that is the power of god. If we resist the anti-christ or Satan, then we are damned he says, because we have resisted god.

So apparently, Jesus is not to be followed. Only power should be followed. When Jesus talks about we have little power, apparently that means we have little in god according to Paul. Apparently, the church of Philadelphia in revelations is not the one most right in the eyes of Jesus, but the one with the least in god.

Horse dung I say.

And there is no room for - well he is talking about giving yourself to god. Because it is very clear, he says "The powers that be" - popular word around here, and he says the rulers are not evil.

The only justification of this is on the same level of justification of Satan/Evil. That it is there to teach and show us the truth. And I can accept and see how evil serves the purpose of Good in the end, and I don't doubt that. Nothing makes a white dot stick out more than a black background. But if one can't pick out the white dot amongst the black background, then one must be blind.

Paul teaches Authority = truth.
Jesus teaches Truth = Authority.

I believe Truth = Authority.

It would not effect my Faith.
I am an extraterrestrial.
The Word says we (believers) are in this World but NOT of this World.
It can't be any plainer than that.
Think of me as a hybrid, part Human(mortal flesh) and part Spirit(immortal and eternal).

Your body is made from the dust of the earth. It is your consciousness, that which says "I AM", that is not of this world and is of the spirit of god. And when you truly see yourself as consciousness and not body, then you will start to speak from the spirit of the father. When you realize and understand this connection, that is the day John 14:20 happens.

This is when you change from Son of Man, to Son of God. This is when you realize your own virgin birth.

What about what Jesus said? " The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit." John 3:8

Well, when he says born of the spirit, is that not to know where it comes from ultimately?

Have you ever heard me speak of the static universe in which all things are possible and such, and how it is a requirement for free will?

Even though I do know that, and I know all those possibilities and such, I have NO IDEA where it is that I am exactly within it. I have no idea exactly where I go either in terms of exactly where. But yet, at the same time I do know that I came from the father, and that 1 day, I will return to the father.

So yeah, I know ultimately where I came from and such, but how I got here and where exactly I go after "death" remain a mystery, and the best we can do is understand where we are now, and from that we might can find direction. Of course, if you look at your own history in this world, 1 destination often becomes a starting point for the next destination.

When I was shown the path, I wasn't so much shown a map that says you are here, you go there. As much as I was shown why I am where I am, and that I needed to be the change I wanted see. Of course, at that point - enter Jesus.

The Spirit effects our consciousness as we mature in Christ. The Holy Spirit is constantly working with our Spirit. When we die, we shed the flesh and our Sin Nature receives it's final death blow. No consciousness from our Sin Nature enters Heaven. No evil thought can enter Heaven. Our Spirit consciousness will enter, BUT our Spirit gets a huge boost of knowledge and wisdom when we enter Heaven. Cool Hey?

Not in my experience is that what that verse means.

See John 1:48 & 50. (and of course the verses before it to get the scene in your mind, say from verse 44 on.)

Edited to add verse 48

God knows both good and evil, and so to say no evil thought can enter heaven, is to say god can not enter into heaven. Even Satan goes to heaven and speaks to god - just look at Job.

You are given free will and the difference is the thoughts you act upon.

Sorry, Satan was thrown down from heaven with legions of His Demon followers. There will be no Evil in Heaven.

However, where you are going there most likely will be evil, unless you repent.
