I can't remember where here on ATS there was a video talking about HAARP.

This person stated that he and the company he work with used HAARP to find oil reserve with 100% accuracy, but what they found that if they turn up the magnitude or the frequency they used and that the harmonics cause uncontrollable earthquakes.

I wish I could remember where I saw the YouTube footage, but it was really good.

I think HAARP has more to do with this than we know.

As for its effect on geologic events, I have racked my brain but a logical consideration might be for something like HAARP target a specific geological area for a desired event. Earthquakes and volcanic erruptions?

I too have racked my brain wondering what would be the purpose of HAARP potentialy using the technology to cause earthquakes and could not come up with a solid theory.

With the Chinese accusing HAARP as being the reason for the June 2008 earthquake, it got me thinking, why would they think that? Then I randomly remembered a Lindsey Williams interview on C2C in which he stated that there would be surprise announcements that Russia and Indonesia would be a source of massive oil reserves in 2009, and would bankrupt the Middle East.

Well, the Russia announcement came, according to the source below, but no announcement about Indonesia. Now a swarm of earthquakes in Indonesia reintroduced the thought to me. Problem is Indonesia is prone to quakes, so unless an announcement of a huge oil reserve discovery comes soon, I've just gone off on one of my tangents.

Not quite a sequential 'March To The Sea' but pretty close. Finishing off with a nice 4.2 right in the Big Geyers Geothermal Power Plant. They see tons of minor quakes in the mag1 to mag2 range, many each day. But, the timing of this unusually large one shouldn't be ignored.

I'm only going on about 6 days of very crammed learning in the midst of possibly having to RUN and I'm glad for a break. That plus many (God so many) years of just plain living. So no, I'm not saying that "It is this" or "It is that" for sure. All just a jumbled mix of of pseudo-knowledge, opinion and speculation. If we had scientists here telling us the facts, I'd be listening instead of typing.

But then again, even the scientists don't all agree now do they?
Even the official word from the USGS comes from a quite extensive process on their part of conjecture, speculation and yes, hard data.

Alright, I'm starting to get a little spooked. I just called my brother, who just spent the summer working at the park and asked him if he had heard about what was going on. He said he had heard about it three days ago and has been trying to contact his buddies who still work at the park. He can't get a hold of any of them.
Could be nothing, but he thought it was odd that they wouldn't be answering their phones for three days now. Gag order? Surely not.

I am glad we are on this subject finally. However I doubt we could prove anything. All I am saying is those "pings" or "cracks" just dont look right to me. They almost look too perfect and randomly timed within an hour or two. Thats not saying much just my opinion. I wish someone would tell us what those constistent quick spikes are on the lake station and others though. To ease my mind. From the studying I've done from mt st helens the patterns are somewhat similar. If thats really the case we only have a month or two! Of course the reason behind purposefull manipulation of the earth in this case would be to declare martial law for ultimate control and survival of the richest chosen ones only! Maybe the religious right wants to usher in armegeddon, who knows? Sorry, got carried away again.

Everyone, check out Madison River (YMR) around 6 pm MST. Are these tremors from Indonesia or other areas where we recently have had quakes?

Why is the USGS so slow? There was an earthquake (4.X) in Tokyo 16 minutes ago and it's still not on the map.

Also, for the other obsessive helicorder followers:

What do you make of Madison River (YMR) today? Especially in the past hour? Are there big trucks driving by or something? Nothing ever shows up on the map.

I'm not going to rush to the conclusion that there is a gag order, but he was saying that he has two friends there that he speaks with on a pretty regular basis. He went on to say that he has called them multiple times in the past couple of days and no answers or no return calls.

Most likely it is nothing, but it is still odd. And a little spooky considering the fact that they aren't keeping their Yellowstone data updated.

I think I am going to try and make a phone call to one of the Yellowstone Ranger Stations and ask if they know why their Lake Yellowstone Seismograph data isn't up to speed. Maybe... I'm sure I already know their answer. "I have no idea, I'm not a Geologist."

Seems like it's heading back down to normal readings.

What is this I'm looking at? What sort of "discharge"... Or is this a raising in the water level?

PS. Found my answer. Heh, I was looking at this exact same thing earlier today. I must be getting tired.

Also.

Looking at the data for the past 60 days, the water level has actually been higher, and discharged more feet per second than what we saw these past couple days.

I found this at theinterveners.org..

Really cool stuff, and I didn't see it the other day..

theinterveners.org... rker=x10&markcolor=s&withstations=1

Interesting to see, and the guy running the site makes mention of a few things in his/her update..

I pulled up this map water.usgs.gov... and you can view it in its current state vs. flood stage. The elevated levels is a little odd. Have they had any rain there today? I don't think so, but I don't remember. Melting? Or could it be the earthquakes are releasing subterranean water sources?

I agree...but 2 months ago what was the weather?
Nevertheless, if you look closely the major spike occured around the same time as the major quake in Indonesia yesterday..
No idea if or how that is relevent but the timing is interesting.
There was an earlier post from someone who shared 6 different locations, all of which showed a similar spike at that same time.
I can't say for sure it's related, but again the timing makes it interesting.
