Education is oftenly manipulated to control masses and achieve goals.
Thats politics... I believe one should open his eye wider and allow ego &interest off the equation. Little study thereafter may allow for the true picture to emerge to ones mind...

Just a suggestion.

Geforce will surely be more than happy to provide some credible sources for a quest of truth.

If one would thing Geforce is not on the side of truth then he could do his own research. However i should point out that its always hard to move from stereotypes, artrificially created in the recent past by twisting history.

You are right. But the only problem is that we who live in Macedonia want to go forward and to become members of EU, NATO etc. But we are blocked by Greece because of ancient unsolved problems that have no end.

We are living in democratic and modern world right?

How will you feel if i force you to change your name?

How will you feel if i force you to change your identity and the name of your country?

How will you feel if i denie your right of existence?

How would u feel if someone was stealing your history, your name and after that try to lay territorial claims upon Greek soil?? If your neighbor wasn't Greece and lets say it was....Israel, US or Turkey... you WOULD be in big troubles, my slavic friend.

A resolution expressing the sense of the Senate that the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) should stop the utilization of materials that violate provisions of the United Nations-brokered Interim Agreement between FYROM and Greece regarding "hostile activities or propaganda" and should work with the United Nations and Greece to achieve longstanding United States and United Nations policy goals of finding a mutually-acceptable official name for FYROM.

We are not stealing your history! As an answer to Greek radical ancient policy we only show some valuable evidences by greek famous ancient orators that you dont want to accept as real.

I dont know what can be most valuable evidence than the ancient "books"

i suppose the forum moderator is able to have a uninhibited understanding.
do not hesitate to tell him some more about how this story has come to be...

Greek civilization has been the light of evolution to the world.
A civilization of knowledge peace and well being.
One that created democracy and freedom as well as freedom of expresion.
If it was not for that greatness of the Greek spirit there would not be a case anyway.
It is these exact values that have been used ruthlessly against its originators, in this case.
Freedom of speach does not provide ground for propaganda and propaganda it self is not an inherent democratic ingredient.
Freedom of speach is not a way to falsely test the patience of a Greek nation that seeks and spreads peace. If Greeks were not as great standing by to higher values the area under discussion would not be a different part both by right and by ability.

I should note that i allready have spend too much time on a thread that is beyond my tolerance as to even coming to be.
There are great people here to defend truth, in better ways than i could. I just do not have the patience to remain calm with this.
