The actual physical birth certificate should have been in the hands of a judge or whoever was contesting this, long ago.
How did major news outlets get a picture of it - and it still be an issue within the courts?

I am really speaking of the over zealous and the ambulance chaser that has brought up these charges to begin with.

But I have even heard my GOP peers mumble that he could be a sleeper cell terrorist.

The more I read some of these posts, the more I am saddened that this generation has missed its opportunity to get it right. Is it important that Obama was born in the U.S. - to some it is. However, it amazes me how many Above Top Secret members continue in dialogue at such a low vibratory rate, with all the wonderful information shared on this board.

When will Americans get fed-up with the polarization, classism, hatred and the like. So many beautiful realities are right on the horizon for this world. If we would just lift our heads up out of the negative space, this future could be shared with all. Change is necessary.

For all of those who wish to have help coping and understanding change, I have written four short articles. More changes are on the way. To be on the wrong side of change means to align one's self with the by-product or waste matter left as a result of change. Imagine changing a babies' daiper and concerning yourself with the diaper and not the baby.

Well I suppose he could be... But then again so could you, or me, or the guy who dresses up like Santa at the mall every year. That's not really something I waste too much time worrying about. I figure if something happens to me that could have been prevented if those in power here had done their job, I'll just come back to haunt them and they will never get another nights rest.

Seriously though, he has a team of lawyers if I'm not mistaken and he is one himself. That's part of a lawyers job to find all the potential angles and try to make their client, or themselves as the case may be, appear in the best light possible. There is no way that not a single person who has been working for him in the past few months stopped and thought "Hey, it would be easier to show these charges as false if we just show the judge the birth certificate. Then no one can say we tried to hide anything." At least one of them had to have a thought that went something along those lines. If not then I sure hope neither he nor any of his lawyers have attempted, or attempt in the future, to defend someone against false charges.

Ok time to add my two cents, late in the game, upon layers and layers of posts.

-The man has presented both the certificate of live birth and birth certificate, it aint too hard to find, the mans done that already.

-the mans been running for president for 2years, he has had the Hillary campaign and McCain campaigns including the Bush administration and the CIA-FBI organizations look into his history and his birth certificates, as within all candidates. Dont tell me they didnt do so because im pritty darn sure they all did, and came up with nothing from the man to say anything.

-The only wesbites that claim his birth certificate has been faked are anti-Obama wesbites or rightwinger bloggers... not the sort places you should readily take in the information spread about Obama.

And lastly but not least, you folks are posting all this garbage in a conspiracy wesbite.... hardly the place to further validify these claims, to anyone.

Obama is your president and his mine, if you dont like it, well thats you problem, because your going to have to suck it up sooner or later.

Wrong. In most states, including Hawii, they are considered the same as far as establishing citizenship:

"The affidavit of the State Health Director states that the information on the CLOB is identical to the information on the “vault” copy of the birth certificate, and that both documents establish that Mr. Obama was born in Honolulu. The Court noted that the CLOB is valid for all citizenship purposes. The court noted our argument that the COLB is not valid for determining citizenship, but referred us to Hawaiian law that states otherwise. “There is no difference between a certificate and a certification of live birth in the eyes of the state. For instance, either can be used to confirm U.S. citizenship to obtain a passport or state ID.” The court found that Hawaiian law makes the COLB valid for all purposes with the exception of determining native Hawaiian heritage for certain state and federal benefits. The court held that if Mr. Obama were born elsewhere and the birth registered in Hawaii, the “place of birth” line on the COLB would reflect that fact. What is the source for the paragraph you have quoted? Every source I have seen says it has been verified that Hawaii has it, but does not say that the info matches the COLB he released.

Also, with all the accusations flying around about blog's not being considered reputable enough to find information I have to wonder why the link you posted is to a blog that does not contain the info you quoted.

Of the few that have seen vault BC for Barack Hussein Obama, NO ONE has seen a Vault BC of Barack Obama that would tell anyone what it says about the location he was born, ONLY that one exists.

This is one of many reasons things don't add up about Obama. First they admitted the one on the website is a fraud, then when the real vault BC was requested, NOW he has now answer for why THIS one isn't good enoug to show on website but it was ok for the last one.

Aside from that, who did she say it too? Where is that proof? I keep seeing this repeated, and even if true it is worthless, but noone has provided the proof his grandmother ever said it either. She did not say it to me.

Care to back that up? What makes him a "good" lawyer? His history of thrown out frivolous lawsuits? Please explain why you think anyone with a history of dismissed cases is a good lawyer.

He was a valid citizen of Indonesia and possessed an Indonesian passport. This negated his US citizenship. He must produce both his birth certificate and the original Certified Oath of citizenship he was supposed to have prepared on or around his 18th birthday when he chose to elect back his US citizenship as an adult. Without this document he is an illegal alien.

The case goes very deep. SCOTUS will decide based on th evidence or lack of it. nothing more. Take a pile of paper and file folders and print it all out before commenting.

FWIW, the Judge ruled in October that Berg didn't have LEGAL STANDING in his Lawsuit. All politics aside, that ruling should raise the antennas on every US Citizens head. If a US Citizen doesn't have legal standing in a Constitutional matter then who does?

So unlike the story that is being passed around on the web that the suit was thrown out as "Frivolous," that couldn't be further from the truth. As a matter of fact Obama's Lawyers didn't even show up in court for the Discovery portion of the Lawsuit (shortly before the Judge released the legal opinion) That is called Contempt of Court. If you or I snubbed the Court where do you think you'd be?

Also, IF Obama was really born in Hawaii, the question then becomes did he retake the Oath of Allegiance to the USA AFTER coming back from Indonesia where he was adopted by his Step-Father? That is part of Berg's Lawsuit. If he did not, then he legally gave up his status. Thus forfeiting his eligibility to hold office of POTUS.

And for the record, Berg isn't a nutjob, (please do a little homework on the man's career before trying to smear him) and he is a Democrat; for those of you that went to keep to the tired mantra for Red/Blue. The question is the right one to ask. If Obama has nothing to hide, he'd have produced the paperwork already. Some of us still believe in the Constitution.

The question here is not about whether he can come up with his BC, its whether or not he can up up with A bc!

How easy are these things to fake?

With unlimited resources at his fingertips, can a fake pass as real?

A birth cirfiicate has a embossed seal on the paper. Could he obtain one of these tools, or have an "in" for someone to do it for him?

Can you simply be added to a computer database after the phisical paper is made, so your story is more legit?

And most of all.....

IS OBAMA FROM THE USA?!!!!

Hawaii residences sure have a lot of Barrak's and Obama's in the neighborhood...... NOT!!!
