Can you source Obama's grandmother saying that? I still haven't seen it. Do you have the audio or video? I am not prying, just wondering if you have it.

Also, how can you be sure that the document the State Department verified wasn't the vault copy? I sourced multiple times on the last page where the articles said "original Birth Certificate". It did not say "short-form" or "Certificate of Live Birth".

So how are you so sure he hasn't provided those documents to the proper officials?

Those are two questions you cannot answer with your long-winded explanations. I hope the SCOTUS has the sense to actually question him on the evidence, if the evidence presented by Berg is found to be legitimate, of course.

Anyways... The Director of Health made it quite clear it is against Hawaiian State Law to show the public what she had access to. So really this just amounts to you calling that person a liar.

Which is quite ironic, considering this whole thread's premise about abiding by the Law! And the Law says she can't show you the 'vault docs' she has access to

I just wanted to relate a story about birth certificates. I had to deal with this recently.

The state of NJ was so corrupt in its past that birth certificates were being sold to anyone who had the money to pay for them. These documents were not fake, they are real but just not containing genuine information.

Recently they made a decision because so many BCs were sold (100,000 +) that anyone born before or during 1965 does not have a valid BC and must obtain a new one.

Why am I telling this? Basically because it seems many of you think that a BC is ultimate proof of birth place etc. This is not totally true. What took place in NJ shows me that birth certificates can be faked and have been faked on a large scale in the past.

The whole birth certificate industry seems extremely "shady" and suspect to me.

I would guess NJ wasnt the only state where this was practiced.

That's all fine and well as long as someone can prove it's not real or that he wasn't born here. Just because it can be bought doesn't mean it was, nor should anyone begin to think so unless shown otherwise.

So far ZERO evidence has been provided in this case other than, "OMG BUT I HAVEN'T SEEN THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE".

I don't care.

You have hit on a very interesting fact. What hapened in NJ is happening in many states. Its one of the reasons Identity theft is so rampant. In the late 60's and early 70's it was one of the easiest ways to get a completely new identity. You went to a grave yard, looked for a child that had dies that was close to the age you wanted to be or could look like and go get that persons birth certificate. It was easy in the midwest because deaths where at the county offices and not in local offices. You then went and got what ever other ID you needed and off you went. A totaly new person!

I'm not saying his is faked, bought or whatever. My whole point was that the whole BC industry is suspect.

There is/was massive fraud surrounding BCs. All I'm saying is that there is a possibility, even if its .OOOOOO1 percent. I just wanted people to know how corrupt BCs have been.

Is this industry connected Federally? Or is it more State controlled? Hawaii is a long way from Jersey. (I think, I don't know Geography for jack).

The problem with suspecting the BC industry of being wholly fraudulent is that it would apply to... every Presidential candidate.

Say he was born outside the U.S. He has already been privy to National Security information. What are they going to do now, just let him walk away knowing all he knows now. They might as well let him stay.

Ummm...yeah, Obama's mother was American, just like McCain's. That makes them both natural born citizens. Even if their parents were naturalized citizens at the time of their respective births they would be natural born citizens. Just like the children of military families who are born while one parent or the other is stationed overseas. The only perk is that you can sometimes claim citizenship from the country in which you were born as well. In fact many of my friends were "military brats" born overseas, one was even the son of an ambassador and he kept his dual citizenship until he applied for a job in intelligence. Even then all he needed was a written/sworn statement renouncing his Italian citizenship.

Perhaps the most ignorant thing in this whole thread... is people who just assume that McCain would be President for any reason at all. First off, Biden would be. Secondly... do you research on John McCain too!!

It can be proven, to the Supreme Court, that McCain is not a naturalized citizen. You can find several lawyers VERY well versed in the laws needed to be understood to make the connections, and they have written papers on the subject.

Imo... The reason they didn't even bother to fight McCain, is his campaign was clearly meant to fail - by design. Leaving my comments about that to myself, I will say that it's not lottery-winning anti-luck that a campaign with that much money failed so miserably. It was absolutely by design.

This all stems from the point that Barry/Barack, whatever you want to call him, went to school in Indonesia at a time when only a CITIZEN OF INDONESIA could and that someone "flesh and blood" to Barry/Barack claims he was born in KENYA.

Carry on with the thread. Its NOT cast in stone that Barack Obama was indeed born in Hawaii NOR if he is actually NATURALIZED.

Kurt (DOH) also confirmed that the information in the short form birth certificate is sufficient to prove citizenship for "all reasonable purposes."
