Yeah it does have pretty white teeth. I guess the Bigfoot from Georgia remember to brush after meals.

You ever seen an animal with white teeth? one that wasn't in a Walt Disney movie I mean.

Actually yes, if they live in the wild and eat raw things, roots and weeds that would act like natures toothbrush.

i disagree, just from all the other big foot hoaxes in the past, most of the media are gonna want some solid proof not just a single photo for them to go and waste there time and money on them

Nice speech but the problem is not with the Bigfoot or its possible existence or discovery... the problem is with the Bozos and the way they are handling this...

If this is the most important discover of the millenium... why would you stuff it into a cooler where it can spoil? Or better yet be stolen? They sell t-shirts and make stupid videos... rather than take this thing to the Smithsonian?

IF they indeed have a real specimen there should be an outcry on how they are treating this...

Zorgon,

Why would someone sell and ancient map at a garage sale stacked under a bunch of junk? Some people don't realize what they have, or have the resources to adequately protect what they believe valuable. This wasn't discovered by National Geographic it was discovered by men that don't appear to be affluent freelance archaeologists/hunters.

They aren't Indiana Jones!

Look, you can attack this group of men and their approach to storing the "alleged" body, and granted it is not even close to professional...BUT I would expect no less from the average person with limited resources finding a 7ft carcass and making an attempt to preserve it the best they could.

Where the hell would I put it if I found it? I don't even know.
Do you have access to a large and high powered freezer or meat locker?
Would you trust placing it in someone else's, with the possibility they could claim your find?

I don't know where I'd put it.

There is no outcry about its handling because the general consensus seems to be that the creature doesn't exist. If it is not real then who cares how they store the hoaxed carcass. IF it is proven to be real then I am sure more attention to it's handling will be given.

It doesn't matter if it is "the most important discover of the millennium", if a homeless man found a rare fabriche egg in an alley I guarantee it would go into his pushcart not a safe deposit box.

Glad you liked my speech.

Hi All,

Now that I have gotten some sleep, it seems everyone else noticed the great teeth, but he is from the hills, quote( He sure does have a purty mouth).

I have noticed though that no one seems to mention any smell, the reports of past sightings have usually mentioned a horrible smell, and I would think a dead BigFoot that was partially decomposed then thawed would smell even worse.

They could have at least said, " thats why we moved the freezer outside because of the smell".

A little off topic reply to (bigern) I too have wondered if the recent day/night switching around the globe was a test run of the new CERN equipment. Though I did see you made it in jest.

For one it is clearly faked.
1. The entrails are not frozen or in the process of decay, nor is there enough blood for a trauma that size. The only way that Bigfoot died was giving himself an appendectomy, after draining himself of blood.

2. Some one literate and tech savvy enough to take photos, upload them and get any net publicity. Has enough sense to phone time magazine or CNN and sell exclusive rights to first shots for possibly millions.

3. This is a costume www.searchingforbigfoot.com... no resemblance there.

4. paranormal.about.com...
Searching for Bigfoot, Inc. has exclusive rights to all publishing rights, photo rights, television and film rights, production and distribution rights and other commercial opportunities related to the discovery and findings regarding this body and these creatures. Interested parties may contact Searching for Bigfoot, Inc., in writing, at their mailing address.
www.searchingforbigfoot.com...

They have possesion of the body, they have a press conference lined up but persist with the same tired old photo.
Its fools like this who give cryptozoology and any facet of it a horrible name. I am surprised people are still taken in by tired old hoaxes of this nature.

Hey ATSers, we have been misinformed, Matt Whitton was shot in the wrist during a struggle over possesion of his gun with a man who hadwww.ajc.com... just shot the manager of a Krystal's. The story is located at this address. That makes him a hero and the bigfoot hunter telling the truth. At least about the hero part. It also changes the public image of at least one of the proponents and enforces the validity of bh.

You have got to be kidding - right?

I have compared.

hair line around the face - the same
proportional distance from nose to mouth - the same
brow - the same
eye - the same
bulge to right of eye (hair line) - the same
shape of nostril openings - the same
proportional length of nose - the same

WOW, that costume designer must have seen one!

here is what the costume people think about it all
www.makeupandmonsters.com...

what is actually different about the pictures besides the color (which may just a difference in the photos or PAINT)?

really just what is different about them?

I'll tell you what's sad
. People suspending all reason and objectiveness because they want to believe. Hey I want bigfoot to be real too, but c'mon.

Here's some photos to compare. I am not good with doing this sort of thing but gave it my best shot. You can see the noses are nearly identical. Side by side, the bigfoot in the freezer and the costume sold online.

That’s the thing that struck me first. Normal decay patterns would show initial deterioration of the small extremities and peripheral tissue, e.g. lips, nose, ears, etc. This photo does not show that. Of course, this is dependent upon environmental factors and the time-frame of preservation after death. In general though, it looks too good to be a real corpse of any sort of animal.

Precisely, even with out the costume likeness, any one who has spent time around dead animals could attest. That just does not seem right in so many ways. Most vitally entrails do not exit neatly, thats a messy wound or really should be.

My heart sank when I realized it was Tom Biscardi hoaxing again. It's sad to me that he fakes things to get attention, and makes the real researchers look bad. He's doing a dis-service,and yet at the same time still popularizing BF,so there is a silver lining to his dark cloud of painful lies.

OK,

For a moment here, pretend you are the worlds most prominent Bigfoot Hunter. You have many years of experience.

You get called to someplace where they are reported to have a Bigfoot in a freezer.

You go to the location fully prepared to take photo's and samples with good camera equipment in hand.

Do you:

Take a crappy photo of such low quality that no details are clear enough to tell if it is real or fake.

Or do you:

Take a series of excellent photo's including many close ups to record this epic historical find.

This guy chooses the first option. Why?

Next thing to consider I think is the teeth.

Primates, which this would appear to be, have teeth with obvious incisors and canines in the front. The teeth in this picture are flat and all the same size showing no difference between the incisors or canines. Not to mention they are perfect pearly whites. Hmmmmmmmm?

I asked my Dentist once, how many actual sets of natural pearly whites do you see? He said, having been in practice for 30 years, he had only seen two people he could remember. I then asked does that mean that when I see someone with perfect white teeth does that mean they are fake, bleached or capped? He said yes.

Now are we to believe that this creature made regular visits to the dentist, has no plaque and that all its teeth are the same shape and size? Hmmmm again?

Now to my gut feelings. The clowns on the videos are so Redneck and such you know what holes that a feral child raised in the Ozarks would be embarrassed to associate with them. My opinion of course. They admitted to making a fake tape of a fake expert. The Bigfoot expert they called has a shady reputation at best.

What are the odds this will turn out to be real? I'm guessing less than 1%.

Add to this that they are giving at least two locations for this press conference with no explanation of the two locations I can find. Could it be the plan is to just say the reporters all showed up at the wrong location due to an error in communications?

I'm also thinking about how they tried to freeze it inside a giant block of ice but did not realize that was not doable in no frost freezer using the freezer itself as a container.

Could it be they originally thought they could just leave a fake inside a block of ice and refuse to thaw it; while only letting people view it inside the ice? Then they got into a mess when their plan backfired due to them destroying the freezer. Now it has been moved to an undisclosed location. Could that be to refreeze it yet again inside a block of ice. Another thing I'll be watching for.

Could it be I just think to much

Zorgon, I usually am on the other side of the fence to you (at least back in the *man who shall not be named* days) but this is the funniest comment i've read in months!

Good on you!

Still ain't buying what? That it's a costume in a freezer? Does that mean you're buying that it's a picture of a real bigfoot?

What evidence would make you come to that conclusion? Again I ask how are the two pictures "completely different"?
