The Russians are shouting Tbilisi shows their support for the Georgian people. They are simply cheering on the Tbilisi football team who have a match this week.
Also - maybe it is the Ukrainian forces invading. They have the same tanks. How can you tell it's Russians. Get Ukraine out of Georgia now.
GO TBILISI.
AFP reports that 60 tanks and other military vehicles are heading towards Tblisi. Soldiers are waving Russian flags and chanting "Tblisi!, Tblisi!".
The column was seen 10 km south of Gori. The distance between Gori and Tblisi is ca. 70 km.
Analysts say that Russia only used the cease fire, and Georgian units conditionally moving toward their homebases, to start the push towards Tblisi, the Georgian Capital. Putin's aim is to overthrow the democratic government.

What time is 17:00 GMT?
WASHINGTON, Aug 13 (Reuters) - President George W. Bush spoke with Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili and will make a statement later on Wednesday, the White House said.
"The president wants to make a statement," White House spokeswoman Dana Perino said. There were no immediate details of what time Bush will make the statement or of his conversation with Saakashvili.
Georgia and Russia were engaged in heavy fighting during the past week over the breakaway region of South Ossetia.

Russia announces reasons for incursion:
"The depot was unguarded and the military hardware there was battle-ready. In the interests of demilitarising the conflict zone and ensuring the safety of the population, the military hardware and ammunition are now being removed."
Why would the Georgian government itself tell the CNN reporter traveling with the Russian convoy that the Russian forces would be turning off the main road to Tbilisi, and traveling to an abandoned base, rather than proceeding to Tbilisi? If there is that kind of communication between Russian and Georgian officials, I find it difficult to believe that they plan on taking the capital.
Chance said CNN had been told by Georgian officials that the convoy was mostly likely heading for an abandoned Georgian military base at Uplistsikhe, six miles (10 km) east of Gori.

No CNN and SKY news are breaking under pressure with their heart-wrenching drama.
There is no invasion. Calm down people. There isn't even any fighting. Just several tanks driving around here and there. We don't know why yet - but you will not see Tbilisi fall to 10 Russian tanks.
Plus none of the pictures posted show any tanks. They show some BMPs and trucks. To a reporter anything with treads is a tank.
