A rough translation via Yahoo:

Russia assembles evidences on Saakashvili

Russian inspectors began to gather evidence on business about the attack in South Osetia, by main pretender of which, in the opinion observers, completely can prove to be the present President of Georgia.

(Interfax)

I think Russia are going to look to overthrow Saakashvili.

Georgia ceasefire is pure BS. They didn't signed it with the Russians, nor with the South Ossetians... they signed it with Finland... WTF.

I have just seen on France24 (a French channel) with TVUPlayer that the agreement was signed and that the French foreign minister visited the outskirts of Gori (I think they said four kilometres from Gori) and it was while they were that Saakashvili arrived and a Russian aeroplane flew over them.

Huh? The Georgians singed it in the pressence of the French and Finnish FM's, who are going to take the document to Mocow later on today.

So yes, Russia hasn't received it yet thus can't have signed it yet.

If you go back and read updated news, Russia rejects the document before it even arrived

Hey good news Mcain has more favor over Obama now since he showed strong leadership over the conflict

How is that good news? We'll have a more crazy leader? I hate both candidates, but McCain? Come on! He's senile, he's a nutjob, and said that if there would be enough war, he would call it WW4 (WW3 was the cold war according to them) he would call for a draft.

Anyway.

Operations in Ossetia are over It's in french so...

They say that outsiders are fighting with Georgia. Poti and Gori were bombed. Russia have 11.500 soldiers in the area. The abkazes forces encircled the georgian forces in the Kodori gorges. And the ceasefire agreement is supposed to be signed tonight in Moscow.

It's kind of a recap.

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - NATO Secretary-General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer accused Russia on Monday of using excessive force and violating Georgia's territory after military action spread beyond the breakaway Georgian region of South Ossetia.

"He is seriously concerned about the disproportionate use of force by the Russians and the lack of respect for the territorial integrity of Georgia," NATO spokeswoman Carmen Romero said, speaking on behalf of De Hoop Scheffer.

"The military operations that we saw on Saturday and since then, including air and missile attacks, have no relation to and go well beyond the CIS peacekeeping operation," the spokeswoman said, referring to the Russia-led Commonwealth of Independent States grouping former Soviet republics.

Using TVUPlayer, on France24 (in English) I just seen images of the French foreign minister and Saakshvili in Gori looking at the now famous building destroyed by Russian aeroplanes.

The journalist said he was in Tskhinvali and he did not saw any Russian soldiers there, only South Ossetian.

He also said that there were not any Georgian attacks while he was there, only heard some firing.

They have news each half hour, I think, so next time will be in 20 minutes.

You mean the "hawks" that are merely reporting on they see/read/hear on the news? Or the hawks ON the news that are merely reporting what they see and hear?

And you forgot the link to your source btw
