What browser are you using right now? Firefox?

Edit- It couldn't be a problem with your account or else you wouldn't be able to access it at all. I think I can help you fix it though if you hang in there.

Okay um... I can do this on here or if you have something like AIM, Yahoo, or MSN it would be a ton faster.

I know I can fix it.

Double edit- I can check your settings against mine, if we both have Firefox up and look at our settings and compare them. Since I can see my U2Us and it works fine, my settings must be different from yours.

How come even if I do not log out, after a month or two
my password will no longer work.
Only when I email ATS and have someone personally email
me a new one password can I get on ever get on again.
What is that about? Is it for updating purposes? Thanks ATS!

Hey interested...fyi...I can't access my outbox for u2u's. It's a glitch that I think arose when I used the delete all function. It is a pain but it isn't intentional...and as you stated, you do have access through IE.

I really would love for this to be ironed out but the crux of the problem is that this is a custom coded site and there will be issues/bugs. And not all of them can be dealt with immediately.

I am sorry for your troubles...but I am sincere when I think that they are unintentional.

We're working on it. She had weird cookies settings and we sent test U2Us, but I guess she couldn't open the one I sent? I got one that she sent, though.

Interested: Did you try clicking on the title of the subject of the message that I sent? I'm getting all of your U2Us, but you aren't getting mine.

Edit- Sorry we're working through the Issues thread, and sorry I'm logged on in two places at once but the laptop I'm on now doesn't use Firefox and the other one does.

I owned the problem on June 1st when I shouldn't have, I even mentioned the word drama.

This isn't about drama it is about fixing a problem. Trust me I can be much more dramatic than this. I am quite mild at this time for real.

Did you try clicking the titles of the subject of the U2U at the top of the list? That should work now.

If it still doesn't, come back on Yahoo and we can try something else.
