Even if Russia is teamed up with North Korea and Iran, missiles are about all the three have that really pose a battlefield threat.

Where the US truly shines is in our munitions. Russia doesn't have 2000-pound JDAMs that will hit within a few feet of its target. Then we have a lot of munitions such as JSOWs, and a B2 can carry 40+. Each one can be dropped 40 to 60 miles out and then in each there are 6 MIRVs that go to selected targets/areas. Each of those has 24 bomblets that are IR-guided and can take out a tank or do massive destruction to a building. So, we are talking 5760 bombs that look for heat signatures...geez

The closest I’ve likely come is saying I understand the tension some former USSR nations feel right now.

That doesn’t mean there aren’t broader problems with this conflict though. Obviously there’s regional instability, but active non nuclear proliferation agreements with other countries may now be reexamined.
