No mention of plasma.......this would be a great system for delivering "tactical" nukes; otherwise it's just a MIRV with conventional explosives.

As to Putin........his actions do beg the question.......what's the point of a grab for territory if first, it must be reduced to rubble? The people will be largely gone......dead or fleeing the area. He's going to inherit the largest treasure of wrecked concrete suitable only for recycling. Is Putin in the concrete business?
