LOL, It's all good it's made me question my existence and why am I here (on ATS) I doubt almost everything on this board but I have no doubt IF there is NHI and they were to read the obsessive-compulsive emotionally charged replies they will pack thier bags and depart laughing thier azzes off, just as I am.

You’re not answering the question.

Civilian scientists have discovered almost everything recorded about our solar system. What. Probably 99.9999 percent? From civilians making constant observations with telescopes, astrophotography / video, radio astronomy, in a world with advanced radar. Why the huge discrepancies between civilian scientists and what you think the military knows.

Take stealth technology. Most of it is used by the military. There is no real civilian application with no benefit to civilians other than national defense. But many civilian scientists know the theory, technology, and workings behind stealth. The science behind stealth isn’t really classified. Just very specific military grade crafts / equipment.

So. Why doesn’t the scientific community have actual evidence of off world technology other than hearsay through the military?

And UFO means unidentified. Not from someplace like off planet.

Hell, the greater mystery of the world is how exactly someone disengages from a discussion with you. It's literally like stepping in dog chit with your work boots on without water. No matter how much you can dig with a stick and rub on the grass the stink still lingers.

Luckily though Ive cleared my schedule today and the calendar for the weekend to make sure I give proper answers on a nondescript dysfunctional and dying message board with only 4-5 persons participating in this particular thread.

If we listen to your obtuse ramblings and musings it's the same reason NASA can't find USOs and UAPs because perhaps civilians need more funding too? LOL

The real theory goes that anytime a civilian with thier less than a crappy gun camera evidence starts to ask questions TPTB the military suggests that they not proceed with said evidence

Simply put the theory is that the goal of Project Bluebook run by the US Air Force was to hide and debunk the subject and it never stopped it was just spun into a different incarnation. With Immaculate Constellation being a recent iteration.

Project Bluebook is such a basic UFO/military historical fact it's hard to believe it even needs to be brought up here on ATS anymore. Pages 38-214 of Shellenberger's report contain vast amounts of incidences of the military blocking and debunking UFO evidence from both military and civilian sources. There's a lot to unpack but on every page, there are so many cases if true the military did this to its service personnel and civilian witnesses alike.

Like Willie Wonka said it's all there in black and white and is clear as crystal, but this is America one can believe whatever one wants to believe

Witnesses commonly described the UFOs as having unidentified lights or being round-shaped objects, while one claimed to have seen a jellyfish with flashing lights.

The use of "hearsay" like some old Southern trial attorney, no wonder it smells in here, I thought we were going to use your unique knowledge of the scientific method but now we are drifting into your expertise of cross-examining the testimony of witnesses that were invited to Congress, as if you are now some half azzed contraian Matlock.

I'd submit there are other legal terms we can throw around here, such as the "preponderance of evidence"

The military used to attempt shooting them down during the Korean war and Vietnam war, except they retaliated with often deadly force. Hundreds of military aircraft have been destroyed by them during those years after Roswell.
A well known case over lake Superior:Scorpion jet lost to ufo

Not sure about commercial and civilian aircraft, but some have been lost.
