How does it work then? Is she to be made an example of what may happen to others who do the same?

They don't have to prove that it was her post(s) specifically that actually caused the riots.

We don't yet know the details of any charges.

As for being made an example of, I wouldn't know?

Right back at ya! x

And if you were to attempt to sell unscrupulous characters illegal firearms in the UK you might care.

Extradition laws and all that jazz.

If your laws brought you to the point where your country is being conquered by inbred barbarians that are raping and murdering their way through your native population.

What good were your laws anyway?

Arresting her seems over the top but she has made a career out of spreading total bollocks on tiktok and GBNews.

rationalwiki.org...

So has mainstream media, and they are far worse.

By that "logic", we should see dozens of MSM "journalists" arrested for "misinformation", right ?

1984, Yay !!!!

I suspect the media will be exempt from this

Government policy brought us to this point not laws , given that 14 years of Conservative rule saw the biggest rise in both legal and illegal migration to this Country ever which was started by Labour before them under Toney Blair and is seemingly being sped up by Labour under Kier Starmer a suspicious person can only conclude that what we are seeing is a policy of managed migration being driven by higher powers , EU , Bilderberg , WEF perhaps , Starmer has already admitted he's a WEF puppet.

According to Police this seems to be the charge.

suspicion of publishing written material to stir up racial hatred and false communications

Suppose there may be others we are not yet aware of.

LOL what a bunch of arbitrary bull sh^t the ignorant fool leaders in Britain are doing, just like Nazi Germany.

ROFL "Suspicion of something something to stir up racial hatred and (insert anything you like here a judge can use against you).

Full on lawfare slavery.
And all it takes are willing participants, and you are certainly a willing participant in your own slavery.

i will never forget the evening in May of 2017 when I saw reports of the Manchester concert suicide bombing. An Islamic terrorist detonated a bomb that killed 22 people and injured over a thousand.
The next day, a police spokesman went on the news saying he understood that people were upset, but "Anti-Islamic rhetoric won't be tolerated." That shocked me.

Would you be shocked if he had said "anti semitic rhetoric won't be tolerated"? Same concept, different ethnic category.

It wouldn't be the first time someone not accused of a crime was ruined by malicious internet rumors.

If you need to ask that question you dont understand why we need laws, or more likely dont care.

Let's just say without such anarchy prevails and survival of the fittest becomes the colour of the day.

Put it this way our laws are currently being used to incarcerate the scum responsible for mobbing and rioting.

The same way your laws were used regarding the halftards that chose to assault your capitol January 6 2021.

Laws dont prevent crimes from being committed but they do carry penalties when caught and apprehended for breaking such.

None of which changes the fact that if you attempted to sell firearms to unscrupulous characters here in the UK you would be extradited and charged.

Have a nice day.

Take it up with the Police NoCorruptionAllowed they are the ones who charged the lady, again overzealous is how i would put it.

As to the slavery bullcr@p, what a load of nonsense and tripe.

We are just a free as you are across the pond.

But the fact of the matter is that freedom has its price.

And that price is that law and order must be maintained.

Else anarchy prevails and it all goes breasts up in a heart beat.

28 year old Jordan Parlour has today been sent to prison for 20 months for writing words on facebook , granted they weren't very nice words but words nonetheless.

Leeds Crown Court heard how Jordan Parlour posted on Facebook, telling his friends and followers to go and "smash [the] f**k" out of the Brittania hotel, which holds asylum seekers.

The court heard that staff members at the hotel were left "on edge, feeling uneasy", with "some scared of what might happen".

Parlour had suffered a broken heel and was at home when he wrote the posts.

Earlier, the court heard how Parlour's mother submitted a note to the court saying: "We can only speculate that he has been caught up and swept away by emotions circulating around the country."

Lawyers tend to be polite over here.

Like when a Judge says "Mr X, that is a rather novel argument", it means "you're talking utter bollox".

When a Judge stops writing and puts their pen down that's not good.

If he/she puts their pen down, leans back in their chair, puts their hands behind their head and stares at the ceiling it means "I'm not listening to your crap, shut up".

All done on purpose. And these idiot police , when their family is next , they will sing a different tune , just that by then it will be too late.

Why is it that words on Fakebook aren't tolerated in the UK (posted by white British off course), but extremist hate speech by Islmamist is perfectly fine? They allow hate preachers to 'preach' their hate ideology freely after all .

It hilarious but the cure to most of the UK’s problems right now is some good ol fashioned Islamophobia.

A Islamophobe by day keeps the Sharia away.

An old crusader adage if memory serves me right.

By the way, this woman has not been done for just posting "inaccurate information" so the thread title is, indeed, inaccurate information.

Arrested on suspicion...

Arrest in the UK isn't the same as arrest in the US. It's the same as being detained in the US while being charged with an offence in the UK is the same as being arrested in the US.

Flooding the streets with illegal weapons is unlikely to achieve anything other than a huge increase in murder rates. Over 70% of people charged so far in the riots have been career criminals and wouldn't legally be able to own guns in the US.

One guy even tried even tried to plead for leniency as it had been three years since his last criminal conviction before the judge pointed out the reason for this is he'd only just been released from jail.
