The police have an unenviable task here, I almost feel sorry for them - almost.

They have to maintain order and protect property and people's well being but if they go in heavy handed its only going to escalate more.
And these aren't Met bobbies who are well versed and well drilled in handling large protests and inflammatory situations, these are plastic Scouse coppers.

Just catching up here, so I see now that there was a large group of men heading for the local mosque and that's why the police have had to step in. So of course they have now turned on the police.

You weren't wrong.... just the wrong video. BEing reported on GBNews just now that a whole load of people were running through Southend with machettes! Police have arrested 6 is all I caught.

Cousins...you Brits need to get back control of your nation. It's becoming like our own #hole leftist cities.

The protest at the mosque is because a Muslim immigrant decided to turn up to a vigil for the murdered & injured girls in a balaclava with a knife. No doubt planning similar "cultural enrichment" we've come to expect from such people.

Basic pattern recognition isn't difficult and the longer the authorities & media ignore it (or continue to give preferential treatment & protection to such people) the worse the backlash will be.

Best way to prevent it would be using state power to arrest immigration, deport those who do not belong here and close down organisations that promote Islamic radicalism to native minorities I reckon. Slim chance of that however.
