He also said he hopes to do many debates with her.

So you are not talking about the September debate specifically.

You are stating that in general as a candidate Donald Trump said he would debate the Democrat nominee.

Then some time after making that genetic declaration he negotiate with the Joe Biden campaign to debate specifically in June and in September.

Now that Joe Biden is no longer running for president and his campaign is defuncked so is the September debate they negotiated with Donald Trump.

The new Harris campaign now needes to negotiate their own debates with the Trump campaign. Donald Trump has stated he wont consider those negotiations untill Harris is the official nominee. Which seems to be a perfectly valid stance. And Donald Trump says he has some demands that he plans to bring to those future negotiations. Again perfectly valid.

So what is the problem?

That is a possible conclusion. The other possible conclusion is that Donald Trump is in an election for president and if he has a chance to renegotiate better terms for a debate why wouldn't he try?

You seem to be perfectly content with the fact that the Democrats choose to stop the entire lossing Biden campaign in order to pick a better candidate; but its a big shock when their opponent tries to set up a better debate?

The CNN debate moderators were fair and gave Trump the opportunity to say whatever he wanted, didn't contradict him or fact check him, didn't interrupt or cut him off, because those were the rules Trump agreed to. Wasn’t Kamala the AG in California when planned parenthood got caught selling the unborn baby body parts. I seem to remember she brought charges against the whistleblowers and planned parenthood got away scott free.

I also remember a few cops got murdered in California and Kamala wouldn’t charge the killers with the death penalty.

Think she kept prisoners in prison longer than they were supposed to be so they could fight wildfires too.

I thought he said he needed to wait to be sure who the nominee is, as it may not be Harris. He should do the debate, he said he would with Joe, and whomever is on the ticket after the convention, should be who he debates. If he doesn't, he's a bitch. Well that’s the thing right there isn’t it. Did Trump agree to all those terms because he knew he could perform really well and win anyway? Or was he just hedging his bets that Biden would do so badly he wouldn’t have to perform well himself?

I think it’s fairly obvious on account of Trump refusing to debate Kamala on the same terms that it’s the latter.
