I have advanced COPD and I can tell you from that fish-mouth breathing he was doing when they loaded him into the SUV that it was ICU time.

I, too question whether he is still alive; if he is, he's probably in a coma- but with his known heaalth issues I doubt his body has//had what it takes to recover.
