Much of the evidence will be considered inadmissible because it was from official presidential duties which Bragg used in case, Trump defense team is making that argument.

In their filing, defense attorneys argued that Manhattan prosecutors had placed “highly prejudicial emphasis on official-acts evidence,” including Trump’s social media posts and witness testimony about Oval Office meetings.

Why is the DA suddenly being so accommodating to the Trump legal defense?

Would the DA be this accommodating if Biden was a stronger candidate for President? Are they now worried they are carrying the water for a person who has a good chance of lossing and won't be around to protect them from accusations and investigation? Did they do the math and decided that it would be best for this case to just go away?

Especially given the fact that this case seems to have bolster Trump's chances of winning and not decease his chances of winning. Democrats like to eat their own, the DA and judge might be worried they will be blamed for Trump’s victory .

they're delaying because the ruling basically bans evidence against the executive from being used in cases against the executive, and changes what is required to actually prosecute and basically tells lower courts that if they try to rule him guilty and trump decides to send it back to the supreme court they will just keep remanding it until they make the "right" decision.

this is how it made the executive above the law, by making prosecution against the executive impossibly difficult and time consuming process that will kept being sent back down through every method of conviction until it exhausts the lower courts. where before it was a simple matter that wouldn't be interfered with by the supreme court, especially if there was evidence. so now lower courts have to rule not guilty no matter what or the supreme court will exhaust them until they give up on a guilty verdict.

The rules of how immunity should be handled were always there.
Those corrupt judges just didn’t follow those rules and were rebuked for it.
Nothing was changed by the SCOTUS decision.

wise up huh, there was never such a law and this ruling twists the actual law into the opposite of what it actually says, making presidents above the law and unaccountable to the courts or Congress forevermore.

Presidents aren't above the law, presidential immunity is the law. Without it our presidents would be unable to conduct presidential, Commander in Chief duties.

Kind of like what lower courts do to people. They don't care if they win or lose against Trump, they just want to keep him in litigation forever to cost him whatever they can get. Its not just Trump as people run out of money and need to plead deal at the end when they were innocent, to begin with.
