Why is the DA suddenly being so accommodating to the Trump legal defense?
In their filing, defense attorneys argued that Manhattan prosecutors had placed “highly prejudicial emphasis on official-acts evidence,” including Trump’s social media posts and witness testimony about Oval Office meetings.

Manhattan Prosecutors Agree to Delay Trump’s Sentencing
Manhattan prosecutors on Tuesday agreed with Donald J. Trump’s request to postpone his criminal sentencing so that the judge overseeing the case could weigh whether a recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling might imperil his conviction, new court filings show.
It is up to the judge to determine whether to postpone the sentencing, though with both sides in agreement, a delay seemed likely. The judge, Juan M. Merchan, could rule as soon as Tuesday.
A delay would represent a surprising setback for the case, which led to the first conviction of an American president. The sentencing was likely to be the only moment of criminal accountability for the twice-impeached and four-time indicted former president whose other cases are mired in delay.

Why is the DA suddenly being so accommodating to the Trump legal defense?
Would the DA be this accommodating if Biden was a stronger candidate for President? Are they now worried they are carrying the water for a person who has a good chance of lossing and won't be around to protect them from accusations and investigation? Did they do the math and decided that it would be best for this case to just go away?
Especially given the fact that this case seems to have bolster Trump's chances of winning and not decease his chances of winning. Democrats like to eat their own, the DA and judge might be worried they will be blamed for Trump’s victory .
wise up huh, there was never such a law and this ruling twists the actual law into the opposite of what it actually says, making presidents above the law and unaccountable to the courts or Congress forevermore.

If Joe pardon's Hunter, we'll know he's about to go scorched Earth against MAGA and Trump. Or, he's about to resign.
Hunter is now in White House meetings with Pops
since he flopped at the debate.
What does this mean?

so now lower courts have to rule not guilty no matter what or the supreme court will exhaust them until they give up on a guilty verdict.

You may want to read Merchan's letter if you think this is going to overturn Trump's verdict.
