The Nixon tapes would be shielded , today

Indeed, and the cabal's hollow criticism of Donald Trump
only serves to point back at them due to the criminal acts that
they themselves have been at ease with for decades.

It was the NIXON TAPES that had evidence of his malfeasance. Without those tapes, there was no case against Richard Nixon. It was what was on those tapes that led to his resignation.

Another great thing about Chief Robert’s opinion was when he called out the lower courts, judges, DA’s and the ridiculous lawfare.
"Despite the unprecedented nature of this case, the significant constitutional questions that it raises, its expedited treatment in the lower courts and in this Court, the lack of factual analysis in the lower courts, and the lack of briefing on how to categorize the conduct alleged, the principal dissent would go ahead and declare all of it unofficial.”
Robert’s isn’t my favorite either but he brings it on occasion. 💪

Why is the DA suddenly being so accommodating to the Trump legal defense?

Much of the evidence will be considered inadmissible because it was from official presidential duties which Bragg used in case, Trump defense team is making that argument.
In their filing, defense attorneys argued that Manhattan prosecutors had placed “highly prejudicial emphasis on official-acts evidence,” including Trump’s social media posts and witness testimony about Oval Office meetings.
Braggs actions seem to indicate he agrees

NIXON was not caught in a official lawful act as president.
What?
The Nixon tapes would be shielded, today, from Congressional scrutiny. According to this SCOTUS opinion, Nixon would never have been impeached, the public never would have found out about Watergate, and Nixon would not have had to resign.
According to this opinion, Trump's conversation with Zelinski, soliciting a bribe, would not have been allowed to be leaked to Congress by a whistleblower, because of this new presidential absolute immunity. None of the White House staff would have been subpoenaed by the Jan 6th Committee, and Trump phone call asking for 21K votes from Gov Raffensperger would have been shielded. Neither of Trump's constitutional impeachments would have happened.
It’s absolutely mind blowing to how blind they are to what’s actually happened here… all because it benefits Trump.
Who is currently in office again?
Who has been given a pass be it "no reasonable prosecutor" or a doddering old man?
Do you hear yourself?
Question.
Are you this stupid or think that folks here are this stupid?
Clearly the DA and Judge are no longer bending over backwards for the Biden campaign.

That’s the crazy thing about it, seems the Supreme Court has cut off the nose to spite the face… all in an attempt to protect their precious MAGA ideology.
This ruling greatly benefits Donald Trump today… but no reason a democratic President won’t abuse this ruling to there own advantage in the future.

So why all the crying?
You guys will probably get a chance to kill Conservatives in the future.
