We can certainly have a discussion about Biden and his docs when he's indicted because he refused to turn them over when requested and lied to the government in an attestation letter that they were all turned over. Also when when we find out he told his attorneys to remove the "bad ones" so the government doesn't get them.

Though at that point, I will be linking to the filings and discussing what was noted in them, just like I do now.

Sounds like too much work.

I think we'll just say he did and pretend it's true.

May even get 50 former intelligence agents to agree, IDK yet.

Uhh, that's what you're doing now and have been doing.

See there is a difference between saying it, and having the texts, photos, witness testimony, and testimony under oath of Trump's attorneys, having CCTV footage,a grand jury finding enough evidence for the indictment and the guy himself indicted saying yeah I had them, they were mine and I could do what I want with them.

Oooo, a secret room. I'll let you all into a secret, believe it or not. People like Trump (very very rich people) have what they call panic rooms to flee to in case of "house invasion". They are hidden for a purpose and they aint on any plans. Or do you all think panic rooms are only in movies? And where is the most logical place for a panic room. Being as most criminals work at night the place to put one is, whoops, where the FBI said there's one, OFF THE BEDROOM.

Do you generally put a heavy dresser and large TV screen in front of the door to a panic room?

Just asking.

I'd ask Trump the same thing.

Cuz he really doesn't seem to get it.

Yes, there is a difference. Not the crime, but the way one is being handled versus another. (something you used to care about)

There is also the difference not only in the disposition of the documents but the fact that Joe was never in the position to declassify them.

There is also the difference in the multiples of locations and who had access to them, like China for example.

There is also the difference in how not only Joe but Clinton and Obama were treated in the case of documents.

So yes Frogs, it's there are differences. Just not the (D)ifferences you're trying to imply

Again. The plans for MAL are public record. How could the FBI not know about it. Again, if you think there is no monitoring of Donald Trump by our own government you are also mistaken.

I do not think they stopped since Obama ordered it in late 2015. Obama ordered it because of the fear of Russian Collusion. A private citizen...and no one really seemed to care or even mind.

Why, because it was Trump.

Are we awake yet?

NO!

I don't think so.

There are many ways to camouflage a secret door to a panic room.

Anyone with a brain would not put heavy difficult to move stuff in front of it.

depends on how the door works. is it push IN and not pull open? Or... eh might be able to move stuff thats heavy easier than you think.

You know the full plans for zuckerbergs underground bunker are on the web now, same as if Trump had a secret room built it wouldnt be hard to find out who built it and get the information from them.

Someone had to build it, and since its a historical building you just cant start tearing it up without the county getting paid.

The entire premise is absurd.

Keep up, the charges are all around his refusal to turn over the government property. (willfully retaining national defense information in violation of the Espionage Act, making false statements, obstruction of justice, and conspiracy)

Guess what? If he returned all the docs including the classified stuff when NARA requested them, or heck, even when he was served a subpoena, he would be sitting pretty. But nope he felt he was above those laws.

That is the difference. Noticed you left out Pence who also had docs, but willingly returned them.

How much longer did Biden have his documents compared to say Trump?

...keep up.

I'm pretty sure he says they are his documents. We will have to see.

Yet Biden could not lay claim to classified material. Odd that, no?

Good for Pence. He doesn't factor into the equation however.

anything to get orange man... didnt you push the pee gate theory also.

He has to hire a construction team, they cant just roll into a historically protected building and start tearing things up without permits.

Just because your TDS is in over drive looking at 4 more years doesnt negate the facts.

And when did the government ask for the docs back? Again as that is the issue he's being charged with. And why does Pence not factor in? Former VP, classified docs at home?
