He was subpoenaed to turn over documents, hid them, and then lied about them.

That is clear evidence that he knew what he was doing was wrong and chose to continue doing it anyway. Aka intent.

Sure, you've said as much and maintained it.

Now prove it.

Versus the guy in office who has zero defense as to why he had them in his garage and in an office that was shared with his son and the CCP.

Re-runs? Already!? Not very creative if you ask me.

The FBI is negotiating with Putin to say President Trump transferred missile tech for Russia to use.

When the FBI negotiating with Putin comes to light, we can assume it was Biden/Democrats doing it. Like maybe Hunter was an "in between". 😃

Well.

Tucker happens to be in Moscow currently...

No law violated? So Joe Biden having a Classified document is ok but Trump having one is not? I know the bait here and it will not work. This goes back to NARA. THEY are in charge of all documents and they did not track them.

Tell me where Joe Biden as Senator or VP should have any classified documents at a college, law firm or his own garage.

You spit out the MSM by lines Thread. Do you everr re-read what you post?

Prove Trump packed his own documents then.

If you can show anything was done intentionally then you have a case.

No. Not for an indictment.

I have said this before. If they found a kilo of coc aine in your garage you cannot just say it was not intentional. I have no idea how it got there or why. Or, should I say a kilo in 4or 5 unsecured places.

It's actually a good logical argument. Mens rea or the criminal mind is an element required for criminal prosecutions.

Xthreadbearer would have you believe that Trump intended to hide documents at his home from a benevolent federal investigation. Yet Trump, being a former POTUS with the ability to declass and claim ownership of documents is a very solid defense. Also Mar A Lago being a secured area and a SCIF. Maybe Trump did do it, it's possible but that criminal intent will have to be proven IF they aren't Trumps documents but even after that they'll have to prove his criminal mind.

Now with Biden, not only was he not supposed to have them but they were in unsecure location and the folks having access to them are his son, currently under indictment, and the folks they may have been profitting off of from China. Bidens incompetence and neglect are the criminal mind in this instance even if we ignore that he had them in the first place.

But you clearly see the double standard being applied.

I don't have to. Like I said, if Trump had complied he wouldn't be in trouble. His actions after he was told to return the documents clearly show his intent.

They may show intent if you prove that they weren't his documents and he also didn't think they were his documents.....

He was ordered by the court to turn over all documents that had classified markings. Instead of doing this he hid documents and had his lawyers lie.

It doesn't matter if he somehow thought he was the owner of documents containing nuclear secrets. He was strictly by the the courts he needed to turn over those documents and he willfully chose not thi do so.

You seem to be omitting that Trump turned over loads of materials and even invited agents into MAL. Then, at their request, put a lock on a door.

You're attributing lots and lots of your own opinion on Trump in attempt to make this argument when the facts far outweigh your opinion.

It’s pretty much just embarrassing at this point for them to be so wrong about everything for this long.

That’s why I believe it’s just a paid gig.

He didn't invite anyone. He was legally required to do so because he had been subpoenaed.

As soon as he was subpoenaed he began asking his lawyers about hiding documents from the investigators. We know this is true because his lawyers notes have been entered into evidence.

We also know that he asked his co-defendants to move documents stored in the storage room shortly after the subpoena was issued.

Why would he tell his lawyers the only place they needed to search for documents was the storage room when he very well knew he had just had documents moved from there? Why would he tell his lawyers that all documents had been turned over when he knew he had just had documents moved to his personal quarters?

With Democrat predisposition for lying and cheating, we can safely assume now that the DOJ/FBI set up the "non return" of those documents. It was pre planned for the 2024 Campaign(s). 😃 They probably had help from the inside too.

And they keep peddling the lie that they just told him he needed another lock, like that would make evetything OK. No, if you actually read all the filings, he was told to put an additional lock and wait until further contact from the government.

It's so nutty that actual testimony and notes from his lawyers, text messages, other witness testimony, cctv footage are considered "lies" on ATS.

We see it with J6 too, dudes on video actually beating a cop with a chair, or a flagpole and bragging about it on social media or whatever, and it's all, "it's a
sham!"

Strangest thing I've seen.

If only you gave the same treatment to Biden....

Regardless, every time you say "we know," who is we? You and the MSM or you and the DoJ? Or you, the DoJ AND the MSM?

See where this goes?

Again, if they are his documents and they are not classified as he knows, then the leaps in logic required to prove a criminal mind are going to be astronomical.

But hey, you're in great company as even Trump speaking in defense of himself has been found verboten.

You sound crazy, insane.

But then again, illegal FISA warrants and spying on a private citizen and president sound crazy insane too.

As does impeaching someone for that false information.

Maybe 50 some former intelligence agents can weigh in...
