Very interesting, there seems to be concrete belief that items were taken by Biden were deliberate and on purpose with nefarious intent, yet these were willingly returned.

But evidence provided in an indictment which shows the highest security docs were stored in a bathroom, ballroom and office, Trump's attorneys testimony and his employees text messages and CCTV footage all point to him trying to hide them from the government. At MAL a hot bed for Chinese spies, while moving some to Bedminster where it just so happens Trump invites SA officials to visit is really according to ATS all speculation.

You dream of this amount of evidence against Biden. Because right now, there is none. No matter how hard you try to reach, or how many times you say it.

And when or if there is, he should recieve the same charges. Until then, speculating about Biden does not negate the charges against Trump.

If you can show anything was done intentionally then you have a case.

No. Not for an indictment.

I have said this before. If they found a kilo of coc aine in your garage you cannot just say it was not intentional. I have no idea how it got there or why. Or, should I say a kilo in 4or 5 unsecured places.

If you can show anything was done intentionally then you have a case. It sounds like Hur has not been able to make that connection. As a result, the worst you can say is that Biden's actions were negligent but not criminal.

The mental gymnastics you attempt when defending the career corrupt clown named Biden is a slap to the face of anyone with more than 2 brain cells.

Maybe you’ve heard of the nuclear sub crewman who was sentenced to jail for photos he took of his work area on the sub to show his family where he worked?

Yes. For an indictment. The law stipulates the actions must be willful. If a prosecutor can't show the actions were willful then no law was violated. And if a law wasn't violated, then what are you indicting that person on?

The crewman intentionally took the photo and intentionally sent it to his family despite being told this was not allowed.

Do you have a point?
Joe Biden intentionally had classified documents in his garage despite knowing it was illegal to have them.

Prove it. Once again, the documents were packed by staffers. There's no evidence Joe ever looked through the boxes once they were shipped to his house. In fact, the second he became aware of them he notified the government.

In this country, the must be a preponderance of evidence in order to indict someone for committing a crime.

Investigators don't have that in Biden's case.

If Trump had cooperated and turned over everything when asked they wouldn't have it in his case. Instead he flagrantly disobeyed a subpoena, his documents from investigators, and attempted to destroy evidence of the fact.

If you have evidence that Biden did anything similar then I suggest you turn it over to Special Counsel Hur. His report will apparently be dropping imminently and it does not recommend any criminal charges be filed.

Oh my goodness. You are saying Robert Hur is corrupt also?

There is no way a senator or vice president storing highly classified documents in his garage at home is legal. No way buddy!

Remember, Joe Biden's onging investigation was upgraded from district attorney Lauch, to special counsel level, based on damning evidence being found.

Meanwhile again, Pence is never brought into this conversation, who also had classified docs, which he willingly turned over as Biden did. I hear no one screaming for his head, as a matter of fact I was told Pence is basically a non issue. Though I don't know why that would be.

You will have to ask attorney general Garland about that. He is the one who upgraded Joe Biden's potential criminality to special counsel level.

Which was fine under political pressure from the Right. It was obvious going in that Biden's case didn't differ in anyway from Pence's.

As he is President it certainly makes sense that there would be a further look, as we see now the right already has him convicted with no evidence of illegality. I mean you'll screech about Hurs decision unless it goes the way you want anyway.

Re-runs? Already!? Not very creative if you ask me.

The FBI is negotiating with Putin to say President Trump transferred missile tech for Russia to use.

When the FBI negotiating with Putin comes to light, we can assume it was Biden/Democrats doing it. Like maybe Hunter was an "in between". 😃

Do you think documents just materialize in the SCIF? The person reviewing the documents brings them in and then leaves with them when they're done.

Still doesn’t explain how Biden stole the classified material in is possession before he was president.

And intentionally had classified material spread all over the place at his home(s) and office(s)!! Those places were not secured "at the time" either. 😃

They were returned. They were being stored in his offices (Senate & VP). When he left those roles those offices were packed up by staff. They clearly didn't do a thorough job reviewing what they were packing.

But they showed up at his UPENN office in D.C. unsecured. 🤣🤣🤣

There's no proof Biden returned every single document is there. There was never any complete list anywhere. Red Herring perfect. 🤣

Funny how this person, Kathy S. Chung, shows up when there are classified documents to misplace.
