All these clucking hens and not one with the self awareness to posit their own opinion.
I often get criticized, and occasionally rightfully so, that I'm not following Trumps defense strategy or that if my arguments are so good then why isn't Trumps team using them.
That is because I venture into the realm of thinking for myself, rightly or wrongly.
Don't you wish you could say the same......?
I agree with another poster here, nobody here knows what happened between Carroll and Trump that day, but to me his behaviour is suspect with her because he doth protested too much at her accusations. He went way overboard and now he is now sunk. Also his remarks about grabbing pu**y.
"The hens have come home to roost."
so if you were accused of rape, you would just accept that, and move on? That's what a rapist would do.
Do what other celebs do, get a lawyer, let the lawyer handle it.
while you are running for president and have a really good chance of winning? doubtful
Well we all see where that decision got him.
Yes, the deep state stepped out of the shadows to throw their hail Mary pass and try to put him in jail before the elections in November. It's not looking good for the deep state, but they aren't giving up just yet.
Do you think trying to jail your opponent is a good political move?
He did it all to himself.
LOL, yes he did. And with all the free TV time he's getting, his legal investment is paying off quite well. Enough that he will likely be elected once again. How much do most spend to get elected?
Supposedly the quantity is less effective than the quality.

LOL, depends on the end result I suppose. Again, how much does it cost to become president?

Orange. it's a trick. he uses the orange tan to hide the absolute fact that he is an oompa loompa who was too tall and kicked out of the candy factory. If word got out, he's be a laughing stock. So he did the orange thing and spread the rumor it was a spray tan. And folks like you discount his intelligence. Pfft.

Cuz... they think he did it? That's it? That is the basis for your approval for stealing 80+ million bucks from the man?
And that is ok with you?
Get help... please.
That's interesting considering he manpslained to her how to admit evidence since it appears she had forgotten since attending law school. Which specific pieces of evidence were denied? List them.
It's in the reporting that you confused with 'transcripts'.
Once again, testimony cannot have character, that's a human trait. Perhaps you mean veracity?

How many rapes are not “He said —‘She said”?
But — this was not about that. This was about defamation.
Trump just had to run his mouth. 100% his doing.
100% his fault. All he had to do was shut his mouth
The jury — with evidence presented — made their decision.

The fact that Carroll told two friends immediately after it happened and Trump's questionable behaviour and things he said pertaining to women. Also his ex-wife accused him of raping her, then she was paid off and went quiet.
