Do you think this monetary judgement is justice done?

Do you think the bar was met and this should be the standard going forward?

We'd have to pick the brains of the jurors to find and understand their reasons for awarding that amount.

No more like she wanted him at the time for some reason,and now many many years later she gets approached by a Dem party operative to accuse trump of rape. SHe didnt scream out because she wasnt being raped and was actually enjoying it.

Did you read any of her book? She talks about being raped multiple times but those people were not the people she hated the most. IT is called What Do We Need Men For? A Modest Proposal.

So he did this and was almost not in the book? If she sees a dime of this money she should donate is all to help actual Rape Victims. It makes me sick to my stomach to know people who have been raped or abused and you have her lying and making up fantasies when there are real victims.

And? I was raped multiple times by a close family member who was "beloved" by my elders, and they protected him. I don't hate him, or any of them, and I got torn apart on this website for saying so.

It makes me sick to my stomach to know people who have been raped or abused and you have her lying and making up fantasies when there are real victims.

Sorry, but neither I nor the jury thought she was making anything up. What makes me sick is people cheering on a self-admitted, bragging, Pu$$ grabbing sexual assaulter and pretending to care about rape victims.

it's almost as if those of you who hate Trump, cheer on anything that negatively effects him. His crime? apparently tweeting mean things. He was president. He claims he wants what's best for the country. About half of the voting public thinks his efforts were OK enough to give him another shot. the other half (you are among them) hate him enough to gleefully cheer as he is railroaded.

The rape case was decades ago. They had to make a new law, just so this Carrol lady could sue him. Sounds just like Justice to me.

I doubt this will sway anyone to change their programming, but I would like you to ponder this. If it can happen to Trump, do you think nobody will ever use things like this in the future? Do you think that once this has accomplished it's goals, they will put this playbook away and never use it again, unless another Trump tries to gain political power?

There is a reason all this is happening, and it has nothing to do with "justice". He has too much power, his base is too loyal, and he has to be stopped. BAMN. (by any means necessary for those slow on the uptake) If this is how the future will be, everyone will have to adapt, but if any lefties ever start blabbering about "civil rights abuses" I'll laugh in their faces at how stupid they are, and how disingenuous they sound.

She must really be a genius then! She wrote a book, waited for Trump to defame her, and then sued him and got $5 million for defamation. She must have known that wouldn't stop from the get go, because he just kept on defaming her and she sued him again. She knew the jury wouldn't have compassion on Trump and would throw the proverbial financial book at him, this time!
