Trump was impeached for incitement of insurrection, and it's still a ongoing investigation. Are you J6'er? You sure sound like one.
Trump made statements on J6 that falsely claimed widespread voter fraud and that he was seeking to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election. He repeatedly and baselessly asserted that he won the election, despite the certified results indicating otherwise.
When Trump made these false statements, it encouraged his brainwashed supporters to storm the Capitol in a violent and unlawful manner.
Therefore, to maintain the status quo pending any review by the U.S. Supreme
Court, we stay our ruling until January 4, 2024 (the day before the Secretary’s
deadline to certify the content of the presidential primary ballot). If review is
sought in the Supreme Court before the stay expires on January 4, 2024, then the
stay shall remain in place, and the Secretary will continue to be required to include
President Trump’s name on the 2024 presidential primary ballot, until the receipt
of any order or mandate from the Supreme Court.

As long as President Trump appeals the decision to the Supreme Court, the appeals court stays their own ruling – essentially indefinitely.

Yes, that’s correct. As long as President Trump appeals the decision to the Supreme Court, the appeals court stays their own ruling – essentially indefinitely. The Colorado primary ballots printed, and the primary election will be over, before the Supreme Court puts this on their docket.""

ATS Thread - Tit for Tat - Republicans Now Call For Biden To Be Booted Off Ballots
Republicans cite 'insurrection' by Joe Biden ... letting in tens of millions of illegals means he isn't protecting the USA and the Constitution so it's insurrection and off the ballots for Biden. The republicans are just talking. I doubt anyone will actually do it. But it would be funny if they did.

A single article of impeachment charging Trump with "incitement of insurrection" against the U.S. government and "lawless action at the Capitol" was introduced to the House of Representatives on January 11, 2021.[6] .............At the trial, 57 senators voted "guilty", which was less than the two-thirds majority needed (67) to convict Trump, and 43 senators voted "not guilty", resulting in Trump being acquitted of the charges on February 13, 2021.[17]

Facts don't matter when it comes to Trump.
As you will soon experience.
