Colorado Supreme Court Bans Trump from the 2024 Presidential Ballot.

DENVER (AP) — The Colorado Supreme Court on Tuesday declared former President Donald Trump ineligible for the White House under the U.S. Constitution’s insurrection clause and removed him from the state’s presidential primary ballot, setting up a likely showdown in the nation’s highest court to decide whether the front-runner for the GOP nomination can remain in the race.

This a very, very bad move. This will shake heads and folks will be in disbelief. I for one do not like this at all. This is Election interference YUGE!
There are degrees of destroying our Republic. This obvious, outrageous attempt to prevent a free and fair election in an entire State is beyond anything that has happened so far.

This is going to the supreme court and will be a precedent in America's history, regardless of what the idiots woke will say, we do have a supreme court that is the highest in the land.

Nothing the woke idiots can do about it.

The thing that many do not want to see regardless of been Trump or some other candidate is that democrat hell holes can pick and choose presidential candidates to their states ballots at will if this case does not go to the Supreme court.

This maybe the most important decision ever made in our country.

I was listening to FoxNews and CNN radio on the way home when this news broke. They say, based on all we've seen thus far this election season, this move to ban Trump will make him even stronger and more formidable.

Yes but also notice that this done with plenty of time for the supreme court to make room to take the case.

The Colorado decisions could have been made later in the election year next year with not time.

Soo something is going on.
