It is why the Colorado Supreme Court made it's ruling. It said it found "clear and convincing evidence that President Trump engaged in insurrection".

INVESTIGATION is ongoing .... and not even by Colorado. Therefore the Colorado Judges can not say 'they found clear and convincing evidence that Trump engaged in Insurrection.' For one thing - the judges are not investigators nor are they engaged in the investigation so they can find NOTHING. For another thing - an ongoing investigation is NOT someone being charged nor is it a conviction. The judges were out of bounds. Their ruling is wrong and will be overturned by SCOTUS.

I'm not a Trump fan and even I can see that.

If Trump committed an insurrection, then so did 76 million others by voting for him.

Imagine you are at a store. Someone you know and who does not like you walks in. They scream rape and run out. Then the cops show up. They arrest you. You go to trial. You are found not guilty. But wait, there is a civil trial. No Jury. You are also told you cannot talk about it to anyone. You are told by the judge you are not there to defend yourself but to take judgement alone with no evidence. Judge says you 'could' have raped someone and awards the plaintiff 40 million dollars.

THAT is what a typical Trump proceeding is like. It is ALL about the media. It is ALL about who they can get to parrot their BS and we can see from in here it is working.

I am not MAGA but I am smart enough to know my civil liberties are eroded with each case they bring. At this point the Constitution is shredded because the Progressives are afraid.

If he is such a bad f'n candidate why keep him off a ballot? You have convicted felons who run for office but someone not convicted of a crime can be?

He is either a dolt or a genius but some of you like to act like he is both but only when it fits you argument.

Wait till some of you learn we are already in a world war and the ramp up to 2024 will make 2020 look like a cake walk.

i'm sure folks do realize that impeachment is more political and civil and it's pretty much what ever the house say is a high crime or misdemeanor than criminal, and being charged but not convicted has no penalties civil or criminal.

I think some teams of lawyers are drafting charges against Biden for allowing foreign smugglers to smuggle illegal drugs into The U.S. and not stopping it. He's had 3 years and it's worse than ever. 😀
