No that is no true, that phrase that "Israel created hamas" is due to the fact that when hamas was taking hold in Gaza Israel did not do anything to stop them to get to the point they are today, that is where the phrase is rooted on.

Historically Hamas was a movement that were created by the Muslim brotherhood and that is history, the first is just an opinion.

You're missing the point here. If it was the only Government in the world then you may have had something to say. But the anti-semitic card cannot be played and doesn't work well. Governments around the world are not obliged either legally or morally to support the actions of Israel in Gaza and they shouldn't be complicit to the war crimes committed by Israel.
